I was doing so good for abt 2 months but now I’m back to having none stop symptoms. Back to my bad habit of constantly checking my body for symptoms and focusing on the symptoms

Don’t worry, those bumps along the road is normal. I’m in my biggest “setback” right now too. Don’ try to overthink and please do not spiral. They will dissipate sooner.

As a sufferer myself, I consider I had recovered after lots of hard work. The hard way and the soft way. It is a process. Most sufferers often look for a magic wand. I did too. There is no one method, no steps. I pray for all.

Drew - I try hard to accept anxiety until I start ruminating to the point I immediately go to my safe steps. Which are not even helping at this point!!! I am going to try and just say maybe it will or maybe it won’t. I basically have a fear of fear. Do you have any suggestions to bring up to my therapist to help me really get to the bottom of this?
