I would go straight to Japan... but only if I could take my family with me. We all adore travel adventures! And recently I’ve completed a couple of English Paper Piecing Quilting projects ~ I’ve made a cup cover (a coaster to go on top of my water cup to keep dust out) and I’ve made one as a gift for my sil’s birthday. It’s a new craft for me but I immensely enjoy it~ I love being able to use up scrap fabric. I love that it’s incredibly portable so I can do it anywhere. I love that it’s just complex enough to engage my brain but the repetition and hand sewing is soothing, so I find it very relaxing. A good craft for unwinding with! 💗 So good to see the whole community uplifting each other. It makes my heart happy so thank you for facilitating this connection. 🌼🌸

Hello Mira and all of you reading comments! I'm just a person who can't draw anything and barely achives handlettering, but I love watching art videos from artists, I find it so inspiring and relaxing... and I found your channel literally an hour ago and I'm blown of how good it feels to watch your videos... You're so inspiring as person and artist, and your art is amazing! Thank you a lot for spreading the seriety and love of making art on the Internet, but still with a lot of fun, positivity and entertainment! Answering your questions: 1. I'd love to travel to Russia (S. Petersburg, Moscow), and visit the centre of the ballet world I love. 2. As said I can't draw, but my lost project was a choreography on a Piano Concerto from Grieg. 3. My least favourite art/school supply is any eraser that smears the grafite and pigment around instead of actually taking it off the paper. Also, I don't like chalks... 4. My first language is Italian, I'm from Rome. I also speak English and German (as I live in Germany right now). I had French and Latin in school and could kind of speak both of them, but with lack of practice now I lost the fluently.

I would go back to Germany, I absolutely loved it there. The past few weeks I have been creating Christmas ornaments on wood slices. Everything from my own illustrations coloured in with alcohol markers, to painted right onto the wood as well as using scrap paper and creating mixed media creations. It has been so much fun, its one of my favourite things to do this time of year. My least favourite medium is charcoal and pastel pencils. Love the layout of the page and your water paintings always wow me. Have a great week!

My creative things were: first I made all my wedding invites by hand in my dining room. The second thing was during lockdown I landscaped my garden. We moved into this house 2 years ago and nothing was planted in the front or back gardens so during lockdown I really got into gardening and created a calm space for my family to sit out in ❤️

It’s nice to know that people are feeling better because of community responses. 😊 This is probably an unpopular opinion, but I don’t really have a “want” to travel. I really enjoy being where I am, the comforts of home and all that jazz. But if I had to pick somewhere, I think I’d like to visit some kind of beachside resort with activities for my kids. They’ve never gotten to experience that and I know they’d love it.

To answer your questions: I just finished some tattoo flash art because I am a tattooist. I designed them on procreate. If I could go anywhere right now it would be an all inclusive beach resort in like Bora Bora or something. Somewhere where they have really good spa services and lots of fresh fruit on tap with room service so I can just disappear for a while and relax. I’m glad to hear that your art has been getting you through a rough time. Art does that for me too. Your channel really does that for me too. I first found your channel when my brain needed a reboot because I lost my job that I was really immersed in, your videos got me creating again after shutting way down for a while, and then in January my mom suddenly passed away and I felt like I was going to go crazy but I would get much needed moments of peace and inspiration from your videos. And if all that wasn’t enough, My partner has been battling stage 4 cancer for several years and since I’ve discovered your channel her and I watch your videos together and work in our sketchbooks when she has long days in the chemo lab and she doesn’t feel like doing anything else. I know that was heavy, but I wanted to share the power of sharing creativity with people. I actually really love this day in age when a content creator can really become a part of your life and we can have this amazing community where we can all share who we are as individuals without having to be backed by some kind of television show or have to try and crack into the entertainment industry. Everyone can be a creator not just famous people or people who were lucky enough to be produced by some kind of mass media company.

I love the colors of that first one! I have the Himi palette and another gouache palette that’s dry. I actually prefer dry gouache because it’s not so intense and I feel like I can layer it at my own pace. I like more muted tones with just a few pops of intense color, so it makes it easier for me to start off with not so much intensity like it has when it’s wet.

I love your art and I have been a silent follower for a few years now, you make painting look so easy Mira! I’m very excited for your new art studio and also excited to see how you continue to grow your business. 1.) If I could travel anywhere I would go to Bora Bora, it’s sooo beautiful!!! 2.) I haven’t really created anything art wise, I haven’t even gotten my art supplies out since I have moved. Just been very stressed and hadn’t had enough time to actually get them out. 3.) When it comes to drawing or just being artistic in general I’m very ocd and a perfectionist about it. It really stresses every out when I try to draw something and I can’t make it look the way I envisioned it. So I do a lot of coloring which is really therapeutic for me, the mediums hate the most is using off brand colored pencils. They just don’t have enough pigment to me. I don’t have anything against them when I’ve had nothing else they did the job it just made it very difficult for me to get pigment I wanted. 4.) I only speak English but in high school it was required for me to graduate to take a foreign language and I chose Spanish. I’m just a little out of practice and never was able to roll my “r’s” very good lol haha

First off, this jelly guache looks awesome and I really want to have a go with it! Also, I love the idea of these miniature paintings. My Grandfather used to do similar things, but in watercolour and at really high, almost photo-realistic detail, which he would then display on tiny little easels he'd make for them. He did a locket sized robin that my mother still has and it's truly a masterpeice. Second, answers (as much as this is never gonna be seen): -1- Would really love to go to the Black Forest in Germany right now. It's Autumn. The colours and landscape just draw me. -2- Jazza has really got me back into mini-painting. I hadn't done any in about 5 years until he did his Blood Angel's Space Marine video... and I just finished a Primaris Techmarine. I've been pushing myself a little to use new techniques as I've been a little set in my ways, but have been using more colour theory in choosing how to paint recently and I think it's really worked quite well, with this last one especially. -3- If I have a least favourite medium it's sculpture. I've done a little in my mini-making, but I've never been happy with it and the idea of sculpting something larger than an acorn almost fills me with terror, regardless of whether in clay, epoxy, resin, wood or anything else (Note, I just watched Jazza's wood carving episode before this and ... I cannot do that. My Grandfather could have; he never met an art supply he wasn't good with, but I most certainly cannot, and I'm in awe of everybody that can.)

I've become obsessed with crochet recently and my most recent creations are autumn leaves for a garland and cute little pumpkins, but I'm also almost finished with a double-bed sized blanket that I've been working on since mid-june. I'm not sure what my least favourite art supply is; I think probably chalk pastels and charcoal as they're so messy and I prefer the vibrancy of oil pastels, but I still prefer paint overall. I do miss being able to play with all the different supplies at school and try new methods all the time. I can speak and read basic german but would love to get back into learning it and plan to actively improve my skills in the future, but right now I have too many other things to think about so its on the back-burner :) this was such a relaxing video to watch x

Also really don't like charcoal, it is so messy and the scratchy sounds it makes make me cringe 😂 To be honest, I haven't been creative in a while. I much prefer watching others being creative. The last painting I did was of Hope the blue whale at the natural history museum in London. I would travel to Spain or Japan, The last thing I created was I DIY'd a lamp into a vase for my front porch, my least favorite medium would probably be Clay but mostly because it's unpredictable and I find that super annoying lol, and I know a little bit of Spanish from when I was in Nicaragua. I love the pieces you did, the colors are so beautiful!

Well, I would love to visit Italy just to see Michelangelo's art and the renaissance vibes 🌼 and the last thing I created... A pen tattoo doodle of a bat, llama and panda on my friend's arm to help him relax a bit. Then of course I can't handle soft pastels as well but on the other hand... I would say anything that requires sewing or playing with threads XDDD I CANNOT DO IT. Lastly but not least I do love to learn new languages because it's really fun to search on the internet for actual info, written by people who live there so I do Polish, Norwegian, Spanish, English and now I'm trying to learn Greek C:

I love your content! It’s so calming and nice! I also visited Pixabay and wow, they have really nice photos! Also, here are my answers to your questions: 1. I would love to go to Germany or Japan! 2. I recently painted a night sky with white and blue stars. 3. I think my least favorite art supply is also oil pastels. 4. I speak english, Filipino (I’m a Filipino) and a bit of japanese because I love anime!

Travelling, I'd like to go somewhere overseas. Maybe Ireland? I don't really know but I would just like to travel anywhere, I guess. Last thing I created? A doodle of Yoshi, but I accidentally shredded it with some other old papers. 😅 And least favorite art medium? Has to be anything oil-based. Nothing wrong with them, I just don't like using them. Thanks for being such a positive influence, Mira! ❤️

I'm not much of a traveler, but if it would be moving instead of travel, I'd love a hassle free move to Seattle. The last craft i did was some concept art for a new OC =D Least favorite art medium would probably be anything to do with glass, since I'm a hemophiliac and I just avoid glass in general, or knitting. I have so much yarn yet I don't want to learn to knit or crochet. Other languages though, I only know english. For self facts, I've been learning a lot about art this year, and I've been able to share 15 years of character creation knowledge with those who are just starting out, and it's amazing. I'm no teacher, but it feels like I get to be a person that I needed when I was younger, someone that knew art better than I did and would be willing to help, and give me critique and advice. I hope you're doing good Mira =D

I really want to see Paris and Southern France. I’ve been sketching and using my prismavolor markets, as well as writing songs on my guitar. Paint, I absolutely hate using it, but love watching others paint! And I front know any others than English, but I’m learning French. J’aime vos vidéos d’art!

I love this spread! You're making me want to start a sketch book like this ahhh! 1. Omg stop, I was literally going to say Iceland!! 2. A squishy makeover 😂 3. I have these really crappy brush tip markers that I hate to use, but I always feel bad about hating them! So every once in a while I try them again... and then I re-remember how much I hate them 😂 4. Only English :). I do know a smalllll amount of Spanish because my school was weird and taught Spanish K-8 and then I took it high school as well. I used to be pretty good at it, but honestly dont remember much now! I wish I had kept up with it 💛

I know you asked this last video but I wanted to share cause it makes me so happy! My son, who is 22 just retired from the Marines is back home for good! He is officially a veteran and I couldn’t be more of a proud mama! Anyhoo, that’s what’s happening in my life as a positive transition but...I just finished a gouache painting of chamomile flowers and it came out better than I anticipated. I was super intimidated painting with gouache but it has become one of my favorites but I have to say colored pencils it not my favorite. I don’t know if it’s cause I can’t wrap my brain around it but I am trying to push myself to work with them, lol. Yeah so, even though we are still in lockdown things are looking up for this year and it will continue to go that even if I have to invent new happy things lol. Everyone stay safe out there, love and happiness to each and every one of you!

The last thing I created is a felt stuffed animal. I love doing that. And my least favourite medium is probably charcoal and pastels and maybe acrylic paint but I do like some paint but I am really picky with acrylic paint. There is just something with some of the acrylic paints. But I do love gouache. (Color pencils are my favourites)
