Why not get the woman the killer hired to kill her to do the calls then? Faking an accent is not the only reason. Setting up red herrings is a much more likely reason for doing an accent. The killer had time and resources to set all this up and not be caught for all these years. Their not dumb enough to make the phone call themselves and just cover up their voice with an accent 😂😂 sorry but my mother in laws voice still sounds the same whether she puts on a lousy accent or not

It's definitely a personal grudge or an assassination 40 stabs shows anger or confirmed kill/kill secure!! And if there was no evidence left the killers were professionals, not ordinary amateurs who leaves proof behind which indicates a high-level group that was hired if someone went through all this to kill her with no sign of struggle from her which means they clearly know when to strike. She definitely knew something which was meant to be kept a secret. Nobody in this video is the killer.. It's a group which is not been identified yet which only the poor lady knew.. RIP. A lady working for real estate will have a lot of high-level contacts.. in her cell phone or contact diary that killer or related to the killer is present somewhere definitely!! My intuitions are spot on 98% of the time..!!

@@allanchandy4699 I don't know it doesn't seem like professional killers, 40 stabs is overkill and is hard to do. Its something that's done with a lot of emotion. A hired hit is more likely to stab you a couple times and slit your throat and wrists. Not that its impossible, just seems unlikely.

I’m willing to say Jason and his mom are definitely involved. Something Mike left out in this video is that when Jason and his friend arrived at the house and went inside, Jason immediately ran upstairs to find her dead even though supposedly he had never been in that house before, and how would he know right away that she was upstairs? His friend reported this as very strange, and police did nothing about it. Additionally, his mom answering that call from the burner phone is enough to incriminate her, end of story.
@anitaknight39153 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. The mom did it and was the mastermind behind the murder, and Jason was in on it. That's why he established an alibi, then waited outside until it was over, and conveniently ran upstairs to the room here body was in. Yeahhh very suspicious and obvious. Being stabbed brutally and in an enclosed private area is not something a hit man would do. This was personal to shut her up from exposing them and not wanting their money trail to be negatively affected.

A polygraph test is notoriously unreliable. So much so that they are inadmissable as evidence in the US. Mike has even commented about them being qoute "bullshit" but they do raise eyebrows if you refuse although that goes for anything you refuse. My question is why did he refuse his DNA (11:49) but did reenactments and stuff? Either you trust the cops to help and not fabricate evidence or you don't. Also, a drug cartel will have a killer for hire do anything they ask, Mexico is rife with evidence of that fact.

At first I felt sorry for the boyfriend who might have tormented himself over the fact he was circling the home while his girlfriend was being killed inside, but the more I watched the more I had my doubts about him. The convenience of his being late, getting a friend along with him (helps corroborate alibis) also seeing the couple get back in the house and immediately deciding to circle the neighbourhood (almost feels like he gave them the opportunity to escape unnoticed through the back door). And the biggest sign is the boyfriend's mother's call with a fake spanish accent! This family might have a dark business and somehow lindsay found out so they needed her to go, so they hired someone to kill her. I don't know but the way she was attacked so viciously definitely suggests a personal motive.

What's the motive though? No affair, no life insurance, no custody battle, she wasn't breaking up with him. And who was the woman who made the call and was seen at the house? Could have been one of those thrill seeking couples like Paul Bernardo/Karla Homolka who decided they wanted to kill someone.
@Godsservant7782 жыл бұрын
@@reignman30 Well apparently they were having frequent arguments because of Jason's very possesive nature (I.e. he wanted to know everything about Lindsay, wouldn't let her go to parties, was jealous and thought she was having affairs etc.) to the point where Lindsay told her dad she was close to breaking up with him. Add this to the fact that she kept saying she saw something she shouldn't have and that the Zalio family has a lot of very sketchy connections to the drug dealers in the area and you've got yourself a motive. IMHO the bf and the mother are somehow involved in it and she probably hired the couple to lure her inside the house only for her to wait inside and stab her violently. This would explain why Shirley (the mother) came to the crime scene ON FOOT even though she lives 30min away and it also checks out with how Lindsay strongly disliked and had arguments with Shirley, and it appears the feeling was mutual.

@SmokeyChipOatley2 жыл бұрын
Hmmm I’m gonna have to disagree. Logically, if I was her bf and honestly didn’t have any involvement in the killing I think I would also refuse unless legally obligated. Chances are his lawyer advised him to do so. The burden of proof is on the investigators of the case. Willfully giving dna samples can only work against you in this case especially if you’re the victim’s romantic partner. If they find his dna in the murder house, he was there right? Now even if somehow they find physical evidence related to the murder weapon for example I think it has already been established that her bf didn’t kill her so having his dna on it while not impossible is highly improbable. To be clear, I’m not defending him nor am I saying there are no circumstances in which his dna sample would aid in the investigation. I’m sure if police were to find a substantial piece of evidence able to be connected to him they would be able to secure a warrant to obligate him to provide a sample. Until then, I agree with his decision.

I'd like to say, right now, so i don't forget a couple hours from now; Mike my friend, your videos are more watchable than any made for tv doc, the pacing is perfect, the info is clear and concise, there's no pretentious attempt to remain impartial in a story where the final act has already played out. Everything of substance in the stories is there to see and hear. Your narration makes the more bleak stories palateable, and i always get a chuckle when some important aspect of the case involves the word 'thirty', as it is clearly a lingual black hole for those with an Irish list. No compromised videos that crash 5 seconds before the catharsis, which goes a long way in watchability. Keep it up.

#1 theory: Just because Lindsay didn't reply to Jason's last text doesn't mean she was already dead. A professional realtor would put their phone on silent and not be sending texts to boyfriend while showing a house. Being a realtor and her boyfriend, Jason would have known she did this. His texts I'll be 10-15 mins, 2 minutes away, were just him setting up his alibi. When he got there he killed her. Lindsay discovered Jason and his mom were running drugs money through their business and she wanted out. Lindsay knew too much and mommy dearest wasn't having it. #2 theory: When a person is murdered in a home, the value of the house can be significantly reduced, and is more difficult to sell. Could this have been orchestrated by either a jealous competitor realtor or someone who wanted to buy the house for much less? People have killed for far less.

He didn’t tell her, wait in the car until I get there, be there in 5 min, then does a drive by, seeing two people outside and not her so decided to keep going and park around the corner so he didn’t look weird? WHAT?! I don’t care what I look like, I’d tell them sorry, I’m with her company, we usually have two people at showings with new clients! Make something up... HE DIDNT DO THAT.. something is off

I'd turn myself in just to prove I didn't look like the terribly horrifying police sketch they did of me.😂

Nevertheless, Beavus and Buttheads mothers should be the two top suspects. I mean the cops are taking tips from psychics...

The mom and son ARE in on her murder in my opinion... the co worker that Lindsay'sboyfriend invited for dinner the day she showed the house, he said he wasn't even friends with her boyfriend and found it odd that he invited him to dinner so randomly that day she died.....i cannot believe this case! I'm SO HAPPY you covered this case🙌 thank you Mike for bringing this case attention.

Her father just breaks my heart. He's literally put his entire life on hold, sacrificing jobs, relationships, just about everything in a desperate pursuit of answers and justice for Lindsay. From the bottom of my heart, I hope and pray he finds what he's looking for in his lifetime. 💔

Can they not acquire the boyfriend's DNA by shadowing him in public and waiting for him to dispose of a paper cup, some plastic cutlery, a cigarette butt, etc?
@nopyronoparty12533 жыл бұрын
I do believe that requires a warrant. Can´t just take it like that. Dunno how it is Canada but i suspect that´s the case.
@mattkaustickomments3 жыл бұрын
NoPyro NoParty as lame as Canada is with sentencing, they actually have much looser rules with wire-tapping & warrants from the cases I’ve seen on crime shows. So I doubt grabbing something that was discarded publicly would have any problems.

@@nopyronoparty1253 I dont believe it does.. if its in public it shouldn't? Besides I've heard of quite a few cases where they do that

Me too, as I was viewing him in the pictures, I felt the same way. No smile, just a miserable, controlling, @sshole. I feel that he has something very embarrassing that he didn't want revealed. Lt. Joe Kenda states: people kill for three reasons: money, sex, and revenge!!!
