Yeah, though I think the only difference is that if Spider-man and Black Cat get into a relationship, it's most likely temporary, like its only a bit of fun for them or perhaps just for Black Cat, plus (I don't know if I might wrong about this) I don't recall a story where Spider-man and Black Cat get married or spend their lives together. Whereas Batman and Catwoman often have a permanent relationship and genuinely care about each.
