I live in Guranwala and teach in Govt Institute of Leather Technology Gujranwala.Infact whole Malki (property)urban and rural belongs to sikhs .Its was the nonsence of sikh leadership Tara singh,Guldeve singh,Maharaja patiala that they did not accept to unite with Pakistan.Sikhs are a nation like muslims wprship one God.If there was a leader like SANT GENERAILSINGH BHINDRANWALA at 1947 than there would free state of our sikh brothers.I offered this mata ji when ever come to Gujranwaĺa i shall serve you like my mother.

Family of Maharaja Ranjit Singh was ended with the death of her grand daughter Princess Bamba Sutherland in 1957. She lived in her father's capital Lahore till her death. Her grave is Lahore.

Britishers took away Maharaja Daleep Singh, the youngest son of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, to England and converted him to Christian. Daleep Singh later realized what has done to him and he came back in Sikhi. But his children remained Christian. Princess Bamba was also Christian.
