Good video.👍Personally I wouldn't remove insulation. The 996 is noisy enough and what do you get removing insulation? Interior noise. Can that improved preformance/acceleration be measured? If it can, then the difference can only be measured when wringing the neck out of it. I don't do that 100% or even 50% of the time. Well certainly not on public roads!🤷‍♂️

I have thought about spacers but having had Center Gravity fit new suspension and set the car up properly, I am wondering if fitting spacers would mean getting the geo redone; in which case it might not be such a cheap mod. If anyone knows the answer, please say?

Yes if your spacing above 15mm on the rears. Camber Castor & Toe will need a fraction of adjustment. Where not talking poor handling or excessive wear rates.

​@@helploveinspire2006if you buy from a well known brand and specific for your model usually the bolts come included with the correct sizing... I bought H&R spacers and they came with all the hardware necessary for your installation. Hope this helped

@@cr125153 does it matter if you get black or silver spacers? My wheels are oem, silver 17 inch. Can you actually see the spacers at all? And I would think the silver lug bolts would look better but most of the kits are black spacers and black bolts. Pelican parts is only place I could find silver bolts and they are $10 each. Thanks!
