Physique on point but I want to see the challenge done with full extension at the bottom of the pull up and chin over bar at top. Also, full extension at top of push-up and chest touch the floor at the bottom. I bet no one will complete it if they actually had those standards. It’s impressive, don’t get me wrong, but hard to justify when you shorten the range of motion.

100 push-up 50 pull up in under 5 min is moderate difficulty. Someone working out consistently for a couple years should be able to do this. That’s 20 push ups and 10 pull ups a minute for 5 min. Average in shape guy can probably do 3 sets of that with little issue and 5 with a bit of practice

I doff my cap dude. After watching this I went to the gym and began this challenge @ 21:37PM. I am 48, stopped smoking 13th June 23 after 34 years and am also partially paralysed in my left hand from a brain injury in 1992 so somewhat challenging of a challenge. I finished at 21:47PM. I must say in all honesty a judge might have shitcanned my 45-50 chinups. At 5 minutes I had done 30 chin ups and 40 pressups (2*10 chin ups and 2*20 pressups 1*10 chinups) and I don't know if my lungs wanted to implode or explode (the stupidity of smoking). I shall keep hacking away over the next month to see how I can reduce my time. All things considered I was well happy. I have subscribed and your outcomes are great dude.

It's all relative. Most people would reach the same or more amount of fatigue 10 times quicker, but it would still be as much (or even more) of a workout (pull ups and push ups for 5 mins straight) for them as this was for him.

I always used to think that this was gonna be impossible for me but after training for 3 months, I finally attempted this and it took me around 20 minutes. Doing this under 5 minutes, this man is a complete beast. But for everyone thinking that this challenge is impossible, just train with dedication and patience man, you'll get it one day, because there was a time when I couldn't even do a single pull up or push up, now I can aleast complete this challenge under 20 mins, don't give up brahs, we're all gonna get it.

After watching this vid, I decided to try it out. Took me about 20 minutes to complete this. I did 5 sets of 10 pulls ups and rested in between each set. And 2 sets of 50 push ups. Now my arms, shoulders and back muscles feel sore af. Good work dude, you have truly inspired me.

That is impressive. In my best shape I was able to do 114 pushups nonstop take a few minutes break and up to the bar to do 40 pullups. I was 8 years in the military and trained every day. Always wanted to be ripped since I was a kid, did have abs but barely. Back then there wasn’t much information on proper nutrition plans so it was all confusing. Over the years I just picked up more and more of the knowledge until finally I decided to do something about getting fat. You got plenty of time to enjoy yourself, but I hope you take my advice and be aware that your metabolism will change by your 20s. I used to eat everything in sight like a vacuum cleaner and never put anything on. I still eat a shit ton but I watch how much calories I put in my body now to stay full and strong. Enjoy your teen years youngin 💪🏾

Those crossfit pull ups are much harder on your body than strict.. what this guy did was impressive but the pull ups were not full range depth & push ups were not fully locked out.. he should try it with hand release style locked out.. but it was entertaining

That actually makes this easier. I didn't even notice it until you mentioned it. Weight distribution is fixated more on his upperbody this way and he clearly trains his upperbody more than his legs. For some it might be harder but for this dude it makes it easier.
