I see people always focusing too much in their workout and neglect their foods totally. But let me tell you this, your food is more important than your exercise. Food don’t just impact your outer body (physique), it impacts your essential organs as well. When it comes to fitness, having a great physique and living a healthy lifestyle, food is the foundation. If your eating habits are filled with junks, your 7 days a week exercise will have nothing but little, or even no impact.

The problem with fish is that the oceans are so dirty like just for example if a 40 year old Tuna dies he has collected so much of bad substances in his body, that’s called bioaccumulatiom, and if he dies he is like hazardous waste no cap, and also studies show the problems of micro plastic in the oceans there‘s a study which shows if you eat fish on a regular basis let’s say 10 times a month, you eat micro plastic at a size of a credit card in your body, and nobody knows what it will do in your body, very frightening. and also in general consumption of fish harms the ocean more and more and we destroy our oceans. And remember guys, SIXTY PERCENT of all the oxygen on earth comes out of alle the oceans, so treat them good and leave the animals alone for a bright future. Peace

he is spot on about beef and eggs, there's a reason our recent ancestors held these foods in high regard and there's a reason they cooked with lard/butter up until recently. A synthetic lubricant for tanks was developed during WW2 but then the war ended and this particular company had tons and tons of this lubricant left over so they decided to sell it as a cooking oil and that's how we got Crisco/margarine, with the advent of the tv they showed commercials saying the '' good wife '' cooks with Crisco and........they paid off doctors to say butter raises cholesterol and is bad for hearth health but at the time hearth disease was much lower than today, the same thing happened with the grain industry pushing highly processed breakfast cereals instead of the bacon and eggs that was so popular at he time, fat had to be demonized.

You should only eat starches or sugars prior or during a workout, never after. He is kind of recommending a targeted keto diet. I do agree with his approach to eating non fiber carbs on training days, but they should still be minimal, like only one meal. Being in ketosis as much as possible is much more beneficial. He didn't list any high omega 3 foods like salmon. He is also lacking iodine and selenium from his sources of food. Both miconutrients are necessary for gluconeogenesis to occur. Omega 3's are a essential fatty acid. It should be consumed everyday just like electrolytes. Omega 3s being a PUFA also reduce LDLs which are associated with heart disease. If you consume a lot of saturated fat which is common in meat. You also want to consume Omega 3s to ensure there is some balance. Dietary cholesterol is still a debated among scientists. However, research has been proven that PUFA's do have their benefit. Consuming a PUFA in its raw form like fish negates the negatives of oxidation affecting Omega 6 seed oils. I theorize that Omega 6 linoleic acid being a problem and during oxidation it is harmful to the body.
@BARNATURALS
@BARNATURALS 2 жыл бұрын
Omega 3 are high in grass fed meat. I did mention salmon (i just prefer meat). I supp with cod liver daily! And you can eat carbs at anytime really! I do agree with ketosis but not all the time
@YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech
@YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech 2 жыл бұрын
@@BARNATURALS Being in ketosis allows you to digest fiber more efficiently. Fiber is converted into short chain fatty acids, then utilized during ketosis. The fact that you bloat when eating nutrient dense fiber vegetables is because your gut is still processing the starches, sugars and the fiber is sitting there blocking everything until your body is back in ketosis. The targeted keto diet is the best. As you are using carbohydrates to replenish glycogen during exercise. Eating it after to replenish glycogen is not nesscessary as gluconeogenesis will do it. You want your body to use gluconeogenesis to keep that function efficiently. Being in ketosis majority of the time allows you to consume more probiotics, prebiotics which are crucial for creating a good gut biome that communicates to the brain on what food is actually good for you. I'm not saying you can't eat starchy carbs or sugars. But being in ketosis as much as possible is good. For example, it's not possible to eat 10 to 20 eggs a day while eating carbs because having high glucose in the blood stream and high dietary cholesterol consumption will definitely lead to cardiac arrest. Look up Dr Jordan Joy's interview on the targeted keto diet. He mentions only to eat only carbs before and during workouts. The golden age bodybuilders were on a targeted keto diet. Research Vince gironda, his recommendations were the targeted keto diet. He is the man that trained the 1st Mr Olympia. He was black balled from the industry for going against the use of anabolic steroids. He started the v taper look. His downfall was heart disease, I believe he didn't consume enough omega 3s and vegetables which do help with heart problems. I want to see you succeed because I'm like you. A natural. People need to realize that it's possible to increase their own testosterone without having to resort to drugs.
@YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech
@YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech 2 жыл бұрын
@@BARNATURALS I also want to point out that omega 3 oils in supplement form have the risk of not being absorbed by the body properly. It depends on how the omega 3 oil is extracted and preventative measures to ensure it does not get damaged by sunlight and oxidation. As with all supplementation. It is always inferior to the natural manner of consuming such as real food.

How is he miseducated? He has a preference for meat and eggs but has no problem with those who choose a vegan diet. He literally says this is what works for him. @@jamesnoble3073 first of all, you're making a LOT of assumptions. I never specified exactly why or what he said that made me deem his decision to share his preferences as a misguided decision. Also, you're projecting..."why do vegans think their way is the only way?" We don't...some of us have done more research on foods and nutrition. I actually stopped watching the video when he started talking about his preference for white rice over brown rice. At that point, I saw enough.

@@MrIBugg yes I am projecting. I’m just not a fan of people calling prez miseducated and not stating why. He is sharing free information and like I said helps a lot of people. You can thrive as a vegan and you can thrive as a meat eater. One of the most important things he points out is eating high quality food.
@MrIBugg

@@jamesnoble3073 just because the info is free doesn't mean it's right. Just because you have an opinion or a preference doesn't mean it should be made public. Since he says things are "scientifically proven," research what foods activate cancer cells, cause hypertension, high cholesterol, and higher levels of mucus in the body. There are women out here with amazing bodies and some of them prefer to eat sweets, flamin hot potato chips, and drink soda. Don't just look at what's on the outside. You don't have to be a fan of me for disagreeing with this video being made public. You can follow him to the grave. To good health, internal health. Why do you think anytime you go to the doctor, eastern or western, one of the first thing they ask you about is your diet and recommend you eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains?
