Agreed. I don't care if he gets the science wrong. The key take-away that I keep hearing from a lot of these guys is their diet is pretty boring and easy. We're just spoiled and want a lot of variety in our diet. It's possible to create variety, but it adds complexity to your daily routine. I'd wager most guys with incredible physiques eat a very consistent and boring diet, without much variety. It's just easier to reach your goals that way.

True its information that I'm familiar with.. but for the common person.. his personal perspective about clean eating and HIS nutrition plan was very informative. He's totally accurate about gut health. Even those of us that eat clean year round.. face bloating and digestive issues with clean food. He didn't preach a particular "diet system". Just what works for HIM. Damn that was a Great video!!!

I tell you, this guy is absolutely bang on the money with his advice on nutrition. Really enjoyed listening to him. You can tell he knows his stuff because the video wasn't paused or edited, just spoke straight through. Stumbled across this by browsing as you do on YT. Shall be liking and subscribing.
