Austin went to college for musical theater and worked very hard to learn to sing without his Georgia accent. When he joined Home Free the guys asked him if he could bring it back. Now he can turn it up or down depending on the song.

As for this song - no, they're not in grass, but at least they're just standing there! I love this song, I really do, there's nothing I don't love, from the mad percussion to the performances to the video Just love it so much. Really glad to hear that you're doing so well and are making a go of this. I love hearing your reactions to everything although obviously as a Home Fry I'm going to enjoy those reactions the most! I hope you enjoy them when you see them live - I saw them what feels like in a difference life when they came to the UK and I hope that one day they'll come back, but whether that ever happens, who knows? But I have great memories of them, and now they're three or four years further on and so they're three or four years better! Please let us know how it goes and what you think of them live.

Lonestar did this song 1st and they're a country group, so Home Free definitely leaned hard into that. Also, there's 2 places that there are a few bars dedicated to the song Kiss From A Rose by Seal mixed in too. These guys are always throwing in something unique that no one else would even think of doing. And somehow it just always works! Another great reaction! You're like a kid in a candy store when you're doing Home Free reactions. Your face absolutely lights up with joy! It's a wonderful thing to see! ❤

As always the guys did a fabulous version of this song. I wouldn't expect anything different from them. They are amazing! A lot of people have covered this song. It was first done by "Lonestar" in 1999. Bonnie Tyler did a cover in 2003 & Boyz II Men in 2009.

The high part at the beginning was Austin and then I noticed you looked confused when he was singing and the high part was still playing. They had production of Austin singing regular and doubled it by adding his high tenor in the background. They are known to do this in production a lot and it sounds very good.

"Home Free" is an American country a-cappella group that competed in and won the 4th season of an a-cappella show called "The Sing Off" in 2013. KZbin has some videos from that competition which are really worth watching if you enjoy a-cappella.

@@ThatSingerReactions i mean back in the day, Chris Rupp tried to get on the Sing Off multiple times but didnt get through, and once the group rebranded itself as a country a capella group the producers of the Sing Off felt like this is just what the show needed for diversity. I think that is when they took on country full on... but you're right! They have done so many genres, that really solidifies that Home Free is just incredibly talented and diverse.
