The observation facility that you find outside of Nuketown Zombies is actually one of the Broken Arrow facilities. This is where Russman from the Tranzit Crew used to work at before the outbreak due to the rockets from Moon (Bo1).

The Nuketown nuke clock actually counts towards the powerup behind the door. Every time the clock reaches zero, it'll play the clock ringing sound, and the powerup will change. Pretty useful to know if you're looking to get a Max Ammo or something behind the door.

Extra bonus fun fact: If you line up the population counter at 15 and the Doomsday Clock at 1, and then collect the shed power-up, it will play Re-Damned. That track first also appeared on Moon, one of many connections between the two.

(Warning: "Erm, Actually" moment here) At 9:37 when you said that there is no story easter egg, I'd like to kindly say that there is. It's just very, very subtle. From Round 25 and onwards, the zombies eyes are now blue instead of orange and power-up announcements are switched to Richtofen's voice (Like Victis crew maps, for example). This is because during the events of Nuketown survival, the easter egg on Moon from Black Ops I is happening at the same time and by the time Round 25 rolls around, Richtofen and co have just then completed the easter egg of Richtofen merging with the aether, hence taking control. That also explains why the Game Over cutscene is a missle. It's one of the missles launched in the Moon easter egg. I also love the energy in your vids, I'm lookin' forward to more.

I mean in waw all of them were basically once multiplayer maps. Nacht was Airfield, Verrückt was Asylum, Shi No Numa was the mp map Knee.Deep,Der Reise was the mp dlc map Nightfire. I'm pretty sure a couple bo1 maps were from maps that weren't released yet like kino for example. I read somewhere years ago that kino the theater is basically next to the Berlin Wall which later became a mp map in bo1, Moons area 51 was basically a part of hanger 18. So there was some in the past maybe some people didn't notice them. But yeah I hope we get more maps like that in the future.

In the OG timeline (W@W Nacht - BO2 buried) it was believed that the nuke from the multiplayer map caused the destruction and the zombies were the result of the (at the time) 115 induced apocalypse. Now thanks to the existence of BO4 we know that the reason why the map is destroyed is that it was a fail safe in case avegardro broke containment and the reason why the map is so bare in BO2 compared to its BO4 counterpart (story wise) is because Sam ends up going berserk the destroys half of the map with a scream.

I LOVED the multiplayer/campaign connections that some of the maps had. Ascension being the same as the campaign and multiplayer map and nuke town and five etc. I was so disappointed when blundell basically retconned it later and just made them in different universes. I do like how zombies is in the same universe as campaign now tho

the dooms day clock is for changing the powerup in the yellow shed, if you notice the zombies are the solders you play as in Nuketown multiplayer, the Jeep is a different model because the one in the multiplayer map is a Actual Jeep with the Jeep name, theres a truck in the fence on the side near the power station the one you can see in the backyard of the green house and its only there in the multiplayer map

Der schatenn is the bo4 multiplayer map for city outside der eisendrache but would like to see you go from der schatten and explore der eisendrache and from der eisendrache try to explore der schatten.

in the Xbox 360 port of the game the truck doesn't glitch you out if you no clip through it before buying the barriers your feet sink into the floor instead and if you no clip into the school bus you get stuck under the map but surprisingly don't continuously fall you can actually walk around

Yeah it's one of 3 hidden songs you can get in Nuketown zombies. One you mentioned, then you get one for finding 3 teddy bears around the map, and then another for shooting all the heads off the mannequins

Cool vid, I was never crazy about Nuketown zombies. It's fine for a quick game or two every now and then. But I always hated how the changes they did to it compared to the multiplayer version. Especially how there's way too many rock barriers that you can't open making a tiny map even that much smaller. Doesn't even feel like Nuketown with the lack of mobility it has.

Surprised in this map they didn't add no jumpscare like they did later on with mob of the dead. Imagine if they added a jumpscare like they did in the remaster of Nuketown alpha omega from bo4 Where in the back of i think it was woods backyard can't remember cause it's been awhile since i played alpha. But in the distance a model of your player would be there and if you aimed in at it with a sniper you would get jumpscared. Wish they had added something like that on this one when it came out.
