The officers are right about that, a while back me and a few friends were filming a short movie outside a neighborhood around 10pm. The story ironically was about two cops stopping a guy but someone saw it called the cops on us. About three cruises came to us and talked to us. Found out that If you call local department and let them know that well be doing this at so and so they’ll be cool.
