Wrong. THCA cannabis has the same THC levels as the Cannabis you and I smoke. Why? It’s the same cannabis. Hemp is cannabis, they aren’t a different plant my friend. The big difference is cultivar selection. Hemp plants are basically made by selecting for fiber production and ignoring cannabanoid production. You can take some Runtz or Zkittlez and breed it into hemp, given enough time. THCA is just a different way of listing cannabanoids to cheat a loophole. All buds sold in Cali contain high THCA but THC is the illegal molecule. They decided to lean into that legally.

And soo my point is.. any stat that legalized cannabis in general banned delta 8 or your gonna start seeing this being banned also. Because nobody wants delta 8 or delta 9 flower of gummies 😊 they want the real stuff from the dispensaries. You left that out when you 1st commented. I dnt care about the different stages of the plant. If it is " hot hemp or not ". Nobody is going to pay up regardless if they can go to the dispensarie & get real products 💯 legalized. Not farm bill bs.
