I want to lose weight so bad, i’m trying but i can’t really see an improvement. I do fasting and i don’t eat rice as well but still i can’t lose fat especially in my tummy. I work out like 20 mins a day, i have a slim body but my back and tummy are big. My waist is at 34cm but thigh and arms are slim, i look like I’m 5 months pregnant. I am 27 years old and at 155cm and 54kg.I started about a week ago. It might still be early to see changes but i’m losing hope. I need motivation 😢

Go see a doctor and get some blood work done to check your hormones

Also I would start walking and running everyday for an hour . Try doing 2-3 mile runs few times a week but def walk everyday for an hour . Do full body workouts a few times a week for 45 mins. Watch what you eat , eat more protein fruits and veggies and maybe lay off the carbs but I would def see a doctor and do some blood work

@@MrzBadaBing i would do that, i think i don’t see much difference because i’m not doing full body work outs. My focus was on my tummy so most of my exercises are ab workouts

all this is advice is good and i will try to follow it but editing is too irritating.Two different color tones is making it worse.
