In theory, learning how to close a sale is actually pretty simple: show up prepared, give your pitch, answer your prospect’s objections, ask for the sale, and if needed, follow up until you get a definitive answer.

Not really. I agree with show up prepared but as a closer we don't pitch, we ask questions which will enable us to handle objections and increase our possibilities of closing. I have been his student for 6 months now and he teaches a efficient strategy to close.
