Hey Mounir, Great video once again. If you are on a calorie deficit, let's say 1800. Do I need to get 1800 calories in everyday or should I be getting more calories in on a training day? If so, how much more would be ideal roughly?

Thank you! And yes I do recommend getting 1800 kCals every day if that's your fat loss calorie target. If you feel that you need more calories to train hard, we can cycle our calorie intake. Having slightly lower calories on rest days and higher calories on workout days. The key is to keep your weekly average calorie intake at 1800 kCals/day.

I usually go for fruits whenever the cravings pop up. Sometimes also take a zero-sugar drink (not often, like 2x/week). And yes, I do take creatine year-round!

Been walking since the middle of June and I have to say it helps get rid of the belly fat but I also eat less an cut off all fast food an sugary food if it ain’t home cook meal I won’t eat it an I also lift weights an do push ups an I don’t look the same let just say when I went on my trip it was all eyes on me 😂

Im 26 years old i have 100Kg…Im struggling to loose belly fat.I was doing 3 times per week HIIT Cardio but nothing changed…Im also eating just 2 times per day…first meal eggs with thunfisch and second meal meat with vegetables..but still staying same shapee…
