Hi Kerry! Coach Lisa is my mom 🥰❤️ I started carnivore 1 week ago today and I'm never going back. I have suffered for years with depression ( can't even leave my house or make phone calls aside from my psychiatrist and therapy ...but I'm working on it ) I take 14 Rx a day but I plan on asking to be off 3 of them when I go in tomorrow 😊 I'm exactly 1 week today and I've lost 4 pounds. I can't believe the changes I feel in just 1 week. I wouldn't believe it if I wasn't living it. I watched the INCREDIBLE change in my mom and yet the depression, anxiety and severe physical/mental debilitations kept me from making the change to follow in her footsteps; which is ironic because those were the very reasons I needed to start ... The cure! But...1 week in and I'm feeling unbelievably "good" for lack of words. As anyone who's eating carnivore can understand - I truly can't put the amazing effects into words! I'm so glad to see my momma on your channel. Thanks for making the content you do! My mom sent me a link to your daughter/s channel today and I subscribed right away, what amazing girls you have 💕

@@feliciahatmaker59 Muscle cramps in the first few weeks is common. That's low electrolytes. I would suggest you get some of the LMNT electrolyte powder off of Amazon and do that for the first few months. After a while you wont need the extra electrolytes but until then you may get wicked muscle cramps if you don't use supplements. Another thing to keep an eye on is your Vitamin D. If you came into carnivore with autoimmune issues or if you were overweight then chances are that your vitamin D levels are low. Low vitamin D can cause joint and bone pain. And while I believe that your need for vitamin D is lower as a carnivore you are also giving up the standard American diet foods like milk and bread that are normally fortified with vitamin D. Ideally you should be able to get all of your vitamin D just from spending time in the sun every day, but depending on the time of year and where you live it might be worth taking a supplement.

He is so excited for a few weeks of good food ❤ I’m hoping the good food makes him feel so GOOD in his early 20s that he avoids the junk as much as possible, thereby avoiding the debilitating physical and neurological issues that plagued me for most of my life.

Kerry! Thank you for your love and passion to share your life changes and discoveries! I am new to this "carnivore world". I grew up in the 60's 70's and early 80's. As you may know that was the start of "Heart Healthy" agenda! Cholesterol was bad, salt was bad, fat was bad and red meat was the enemy! To solidify that in my brain my dad had a massive heart attack at 59. AND that is what they said caused his heart attack. SO! "Armed" with that knowledge, I moved to a low-fat, no salt, no red meat life! That was in 1984. Here 40 years later needing to heal from that craziness! Like you I was skeptical and after 1 year of "limping" on carnivore I am feeling MUCH better! I realize I have a lot to learn! I am a mom of 7 adult children and NOW I am telling them "PLEASE EAT THE MEAT AND BUTTER! YOU WILL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!" They are used to me trying new ways of eating and I did this because I was "forever" trying to "figure it out" to eat better to FEEL better! Juicing greens and fruit, vegan, vegetarian, grains, no grains! Much like a yo-yo! My husband took to carnivore eating like a fish in water! He is thriving! (I say my way of eating about killed him!) He is off his sleep apnea machine, inflammation down and loosing weight! Thank you for sharing your story! And Lisa's testimony is POWERFUL and ENCOURAGING! Thank you! I never thought seizures could have something to do with liver health.. and I've gotten so much of my health back since going carnivore in 2019, but I think cleaning up the liver, and concentrating on liver health could help me a lot. I know I've been carnivore for nearly 5 years - the first 2 years were clean, the third year I added loads of extra fat (by way of cheeses) and stalled out for the rest of the time, I also fell off.. but I've been strict clean carnivore for the last 90 days now - no cheating/falling off, and no extra added fats and cheese is now off the menu - and plan on sticking to this from now on. Because I feel awesome and I've learned a lot about myself too. I'm gonna look more into liver health on carnivore and see what else I can do for myself and anybody else i can help 😊 Awesome video Kerry and Coach Lisa! From Debbie 🇬🇧🇯🇲

I am 53. About 25 years ago I Saved all my Starbucks receipts for a year and added them up. I would go daily before work. Some days I would buy for my team and there were evenings that I would also have a coffee date. $3,500 in one year, 25 years ago. I thought... that would have been a really nice vacation! That was when my SB addiction ended.

This story resonates so hard with me! I had so many of the same physical symptoms. Glucose and A1c was high, really high blood pressure, and i had lost 20 lbs. Still a mess health wise. This summer was diagnosed NAFLD and am currently 3 weeks into my carnivore journey. This story makes me so motivated and optimistic. ❤

This information is the icing on the cake. I was a jaundice baby and so was my son. I grew up with dairy and wheat, meat and variety of vegetables, but mostly grains. I had years of terrible digestion. Hated all the gluten food. I had a different approach to feeding my son, only because I was caught up with processed food convenience. I have been carnivore for 6 months now, after 20 years of plant based restricted gluten and dairy. I love being a pain free energetic woman, almost 60yr old. Arthritis basically gone. I have eliminated oxilates which made me feel great. Sugars over Xmas had me back slide to biscuits and chocolate. Returning to ketosis again has been necessary as my pains and belly and mental /emotional disruption were returning. Just a note to Coach Lisa, please change your microphone and echo. Very harsh sounding as it is. Thanks for your great work and support 🥩🥓🍳

What a great interview! I love this channel! Lisa, your energy is contagious and you’ve touched upon so many important connections! I am 2 years into my carnivore journey, was never overweight but had so many hidden health issues. You mentioned the gut connection too of course and that’s where I started with carnivore - a severe case of SiBO. They told me to just live with it. As I started healing, I learned so much including insulin resistance, fatty liver and other things . Most people who find out my (human!) way is eating still think I’m nuts but hey, I’m thriving. When I watched this interview, I patted myself on the back :) and yet learned SO much from you still! Thanks a million! Now I have to keep working on my MIL who has a diagnosed fatty liver and was a vegetarian for 10 years! She’s trying to heal now because I kept telling her - Carnivore heals! And my husband who has all this too yet lacks the discipline to continue …I think we need coach Lisa to whip him into shape :):) ❤

I’m glad I came across this video. PI have a lot of the same health issues as Lisa. Plan to start the carnivore diet Monday! Excited to see where it takes me. Just had an ultrasound that showed I now have fatty liver disease. I’ve been living on mostly whole grains and veggies the past few years and along with meds for fibromyalgia my weight has been climbing steadily. I have been sick for a decade. Can’t wait to feel better. I give up on my doctor. He didn’t even bother to tell me I had fatty liver disease, I saw the results online.

UNBELIEVABLE Interview, wow she has nailed everything correctly. Especially about cholesterol etc and status thing with food etc. Let me just say also for those in the back seats, I have been keto over 8-9 years and it hasn't helped me. Some of us have to be strict carnivore. I think even spices and pork are stopping my healing, because I have also done long stretches of carnivore. Just had a close friend 51 dies from kidney failure from diabetes. He was convinced he could eat what he wanted because he had the pills to take care of the blood sugar. The same lie his doctor told him and he believed for 23 years. He lost his strength, ability to walk easily, his eye sight, his energy. He suffered so much and was on dialysis for 3 years and then his body couldn't take it anymore. Such a fantastic interview. I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease in April. First time watching both of you and really enjoyed the interview and how you let your people speak and not interrupting constantly.

Love this! As a 62 yr old female tho…I differ on one thing. Hrt. I’m mostly carnivorous for 1 yr. Feel much younger and lots of issues healed. But in September I started bio identical estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone and iodine-and just WOW! It was the cherry on top of all the whole new way of living. Maybe I won’t be on them forever but I’m loving it now🙌🙌🙌
