The riddle of the sphinx "what do woman want"? They want a village. In a village the young "sexy" men guard the village. Here's a TLDR version for every video like this you will ever see. Women need anything that provides them increases chances of survivability, however that manifests in a man. Their bodies have evolved to be less durable in environment on eras where things where more harsh and the testosterone in men man even more difference than it does today. Women always had to compromise to ensure their survivability with a man even back them because testosterone makes a man stronger, more durable, more resilient (literally makes skin harder), increases focus, increases confidence and taking risks (taking risks often provides access to chances to acquire resources that not doing so at ll, chance that never would otherwise exist), more resilient mindset in regards to "giving up". Men are born with the capacity to be virtually fearless warriors, current society brainwashes them to be and think that they incompetent useless weaklings. I am not saying being gentle, kind, thoughtful and understanding when you have to you makes you a weakling, no that has strength with its own merit under certain context, but what i am saying that it does so when you have to stand your ground even if you are wrong and always be ready to deal with the consequences of being wrong and also view them as learning opportunities instead of pondering for days months years as to why they happened. Take this metaphorically and consider yourself a king in your own family, inside your esoteric world (your mind, your "sacred temple") and your network or group of friends, "A wise king always license to his council, but also always listens his heart and mind (logic) and has the final word because of that." Embrace the warrior within.

Waiting at the finish line as always. I snark, but I actually appreciate this message - it is universal advice not gender specific. Now I have been around the block for some time. It´s a nice fantasy, but most women will not respect you for this. In the long run, their mind perceives this as a weakness and they will find a way to make you feel wrong for the great person you are. (In an ideal world they would respect you for it, be loyal and happy to have such a great man, but unfortunately, reality looks very different) If you want to be honorable, hardworking and a good person do it for yourself and God but not for a woman...... Just my two cents....... (Don´t destroy your life by trying to convince a woman of who you are - they almost always get it wrong......)

Is a man who takes her at her word and says 'don't do that or i will take you seriously if you don't stop that' lacking in consistency? Should he be supporting her extreme emotions? In general. I realise that it depends.... My question isn't what should a man do about extreme temper that isn't verbally insulting or abusive per se ; the question is how does the woman that you portray here perceive this? Would she perceive it that the man has failed to stick by her in her emotional waves, and has accepted the breakup or cancellation and taken them seriously, therefore doesn't provide that security? Or is that a case of 'no, he has boundaries' and 'no, he listens' ?

Yessn't is the tldr answer. Your mileage may (and probably will) vary. But trying to nail down hypothetical principles from a person not directly involved and aware of every variable involved in the situation is asking for at best a generalization that may not apply, or most honestly that person's personal preference, which is even less helpful. You take a roll of the dice either way. Either she understands and appreciates it or she doesn't. No use on us randos speculating on a hypothetical scenario involving a hypothetical woman and what her hypothetical response would be. Women are already complicated enough without having to speculate on hypotheticals. Hot/crazy matrix risk/reward assessment. Either do it or don't. Whichever way works best for you and what you want out of it.

When women are older many realize they drove away those good men that COULD actually protect them in the past.
