56 menopause osteopenia. On HRT, prolia, was hiking hills 26km daily, light hr spin bike, rower 30min, moderate weights, appreciate information on exercise RT, creatine, I typically nowadays eat omnivore healthy food. Stress fracture tibia and fibula, meniscus tear; definitely felt menopause a huge downward slide to less strength power, weaker bones& muscles and brain. I will up my creatine to 10 mg from 5 to see if any improvement. Thankyou excellent video invaluable information.

I have a mini trampoline and resistance bands in my home I am 65 I've been taking creatine for about a month ❤❤ that is nice to know about the resistance bands . Thank you great conversation , have a beautiful day ❤️

Creating makes me look 6 months pregnant right away from the chronic bloating. It puts too much fluid in my muscles that I can’t only do 4-5 reps and than the are too tight so not getting a weight weight lifting work out

I’m 62 and work out most days, walking with 1-2 days of weight lifting 8-10 lbs. would creatine benefit me? If so, when are you supposed to take it?

Stomach acid is ph 2.5 , coffee is 5 , I dont think coffee will make any difference.

In regards to your comment about your teens taking Creatine, how old are they? My son is 14 (in July), and he’s been working out more (his stats: 5’6, 257lbs), and I was wondering if taking creatine would be okay for him…what are your thoughts?

If you you want creatine ti absorb effectively you need to take it with a suger of some kind like orange juice. But how do you take it on a keto diet were you are trying not to have any suger? Anyone know

I take 5grams in three creatine gummies which have 5grams of carbs and I’m ketovore… carbs turn to sugar so in my mind that combo is a winner. Brand is PUSH

Years ago l used to use Maxi muscle products and the C.E.O was massively into making sure you had the best products and always said to be aware that creatine didnt survive in a suspension say for example a fluid based drink or with a sweet or gummies style supplement. Don't know if that changes how you feel about gummies? But that was a long time ago and technology moves on.
