@@GarrettMusic1 rip off the top plate by prying the sides with pry tools then open take off screws with T8 screwdriver then with t6 screwdriver take off screws 1 on each side of the rumble motors then pull up with force but still lightly because wires from rumble motors and take off more t6 screws there all over the board once done take off rubber button set then take off buttons and put on rgb ones after that put on the board 1st one put on all T6 screws then put on board 2 and headphone jack and connectors and 2 t6 screws and board 2 then put back on front clips first and top T8 screws and top and you have Rgb buttons for elite series 2

there is a really cool thing i learned about recently called the xbox design lab, you can basically create your own controller and i just made a super sick one for christmas which means you could make an all black elite controller with rgb buttons like i got!! just letting you know

You can swap the buttons from the one to the other after you open them up you need torc screwdrivers I did that with one of my controllers
