My friend Alex came up with a term called Atomic Use Case. What that means is that if you focus on one thing and do that one thing everything else will fall into place like the domino effect.
What is the #1 thing you should focus on to achieve The Good Life?
Wisdom is having common sense. If you focus on getting wisdom you will know how to achieve the good life. We should all be seeking more wisdom.
How can you change your focus to get more wisdom? Leave A Comment Below

success will not give you happiness, but happiness will give you success. I think it's important to remember that no success is worthwhile if you are not living fulfilled and in gratitude. I always advise people to spend the first 5-10 minutes of the day in gratitude... you can't live in anger, fear, or worry if you are truly grateful! Much success to everyone on their journey!

So I was reading The Fred factor today and a few of the quotes reminded me of you! You have probably quoted them before but here are a couple: "No man can become rich without himself enriching others." -Andrew Carnegie "The brighter you are,the more you have to learn." -Don Herold "You can preach a better sermon with your life than with your lips." - Oliver Goldsmith And the last one, the one I'm almost positive you have shared is: "There are two types of people who never achieve very much in their lifetimes. One is the person who won't do what he or she is told to do, and the other is the person who does no more than he or she is told to do." - Andrew Carnegie The reason I'm sharing these quotes is because they made me think of you. I know you probably won't see this but maybe your supporters will. Crazy to think that someone you don't even know can make a difference in your life. This is embarrassing but before I started following you I never read unless I was forced to and now I'm doing it by choice and actually enjoying it.

I believe that the most important thing to focus on is to be the best possible version of yourself. If you focus on that, it will motivate you to do what is morally right, to work hard in all aspects of your life to ensure that you are financially and emotionally secure, and I believe it will lead to fulfill your need of happiness (which is the most important thing in life). My father dedicated his life to a job trying to fulfill his financial needs instead of his psychological needs, and he told me he regrets it. The advice he gave me was to focus on fulfilling MY needs before my financial needs, and that the rest would fall into place. That's what I take from this video and the Atomic Use Case. That's my interpretation of it which is fairly aligned with what my beliefs are.

Mary, sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to what he taught. Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.” But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only ONE THING worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.” ~Luke 10:38-42 The one most impt thing to seek is The Knowledge & Wisdom of Most High ~ The Truth ~ Jesus Christ Our Savior ✝️🌈❤️‍🔥🦋

Now I make it appoint to finish books and learn it. Apply it and just finished a book by Prof. Caldwell called Richest Man in Babylon. It's wise counsel and I am following it now. It's wisdom. Even Bible tells us. Wisdom is the principal thing for in its right hands length of life and in her left, honour and riches. Thank you for making an effort to teach people.

5 types of social interaction, glad you mentioned "Coercion" My favorite is Collaboration Competition is fun too Conflict --how conflict is resolved is what matters, it's human for it to occur Commerce -- exchange in fairness without coercion - BUT our current consumer minds buy to fulfill internal human desire to connect with humans, we buy but connection to humans is internal human desire....

very important to have focus, but not lose other areas of your life out of sight. i like the metaphor of "spinning plates": just as one is about to fall down you shift your attention towards it and get it back spinning. i focus on building my brand right now, but pay attention to the other areas as i move forward. anyway, thanks for the video!

The key is to try to implement them in your everyday life. Example if your trying to implement health and business, if you have a laptop at your desk buy some at home dumbbells and do some reps in between you doing business on the laptop. Learn how to implement these things in your life by being creative and that is your way to the good life.

Note: If I may....... Remember that wisdom is useless if you do not put it to practice. it may be worth more than gold, you have to learn to utilise your wisdom and ability to reason or it is worth nothing. I considered myself wise until life handed me adequate challenges and people to deal with. Wisdom should be put into action for it to shine like gold, embody it.
