Stop paying money for things that can be learned FOR FREE. If it worked by itself, we'd automate it. Go here, all free, everything you need - www.imantrading.org/ - I'm happy to update this video almost 1 year later to say that I'm now on 4 months of consistent payouts from trading through prop firms. After the time and costs, it's practically minimum wage, but +$9,200 is great for me because trading is a side-income. I'm happy with that. You've made progress in trading because of the work you've put in, not because some KZbinr showed you where to draw lines and rectangles on a chart (which has 0 predictive power on its own, and proof on that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b2qXg6lvir2cb7M ).

a lot of fakes out there. though there are some like Relentless Trader and Trading Farmer in small cap space who live stream every day for hours and they are obviously not on sim accounts(for example you cant market order on sim on TOS). also they show plenty of days when they are red. the issue from Ross Cameron's stuff from everything I known that its way overpriced given the success ratio of students. truth is even best 'legit' courses still will be very hard to make money and you need time and talent to make it work and his isn't even the best small cap material out there for newbies and its way overpriced(hence the FTC cracked down on him).

Iman/Eeman means Faith. Are you a Muslim? If so, then know that selling that which one does not possess like electronic commodities, or futures, or shorting is Haram. Leverage (loaning from the broker which includes interest) is Haram. The only legally way is to by shares from a company that sells lawful things, like tech companies and that they are not financed by banks or bonds but by equity. As for forex and gold and silver, it has to be hand to hand otherwise Riba An-Nasee'ah. Opriins are Hatam. CFDs are gambling and Haram. So, if a person obeys Allah ﷻ, then he will be protected from scammers and market crashes. And his Hereafter will be safe. Because on Yawm Al-Qiyamah (Day of Judgement), everyone will be asked how did you earn? From Halal (lawful) or Haram (unlawful)? And where did you spend it: on Haram (unlawful) or Halal (lawful)? Allah سبحانه وتعالى said, وَمَن يُوقَ شُحَّ نَفْسِهِ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ And whosoever is saved from the greed of his own Nafs (innerself), then they are the successful ones. Thank you. I've watched a few of these "guru" videos of day traders. I am 66 years old, retired, with disposable money, and the reason I have extra money is because I have never fallen for these peoples gimmicks/cons. Trading can bring you extra income, and has for me, but, there are no tricks, no shortcuts, and no mystery. You just have to put in the work, keep on top of the news, and when you "feel" something will go up on the exchange, then stop! Don't jump, first do all your homework, and pick stocks that have a proven history. The homework will help you buy the dip...but never try to go for the very bottom for the buy, or you'll miss out, never wait to sell until the very top, because it will pass you by in seconds. If your consistent, and not overly greedy, then you will seldom lose money and should be happy with every win, no matter how small or big.

About a month ago I started learning all about the science behind trading, and watched a ton of these channels, but none of them seemed to be honest up front, even knowing little about trading. They said it was hard to learn, and become profitable, but then swore that they all knew "the way to trade", if only you pay their fee for their knowledge. While I don't disagree with paying for someone else's knowledge, it often came at an unreasonable price, or the information was either common sense, or something I could google and find a book on to read in my spare time. Come today where I see this video on my YT homepage, makes me glad I never bought into any of these courses and stuck with the free side of learning how to understand charts, how indicators work, ect... Ty for your research and your honest approach to the topic, being a cynic and skeptic does have its merits sometimes, and so now it comes down to just time in the trade to learn how to become profitable. Found your channel shortly after taking an interest in trading. I had first found Ross Cameron's channel, but the red flag question for me was, "If you are really that rich, why are you making youtube videos?" Thanks for the hard work you put in and making this information available.
@MercuryRyzen2 ай бұрын
More than 1 revenue stream is always a good thing. Trading can be a bumpy road even for the best, youtube and courses smooth it out and add a lot of wiggle room. Can also help with the psychological aspect, if you solely rely on trading to pay bills and live vs other income covering. He has audited accounts and most of his trading 'wealth' has been built in an IRA for retirement years. Cant touch it now without severe penalties. I'm in no way shilling for Ross, never paid for his courses, but he does put out some very useful information for newer traders. Those reasons combined with how long does he actively spend trading on most days? Could be 1-2 hours average. The rest of the day, he could be a couch potato or he can do something productive with his time. For him, it's the latter and sharing what he's learned over his time trading. He's also quite transparent that he's blown up accounts and doesn't promise success.

I have been trading in cryptos since 2017, recently getting into ETFs etcs.. , I have been trough a lot of tough learning lessons, not with gurus, just making my own mistakes along the way. If I can add to what patrick was saying here, I would suggest, any money that you are willing to spend on a guru, take that money and go trade with it. Rather lose that money by learning the hard way. Lose your money and pay your school fees, but paying someone to do the work for you, and then they run off with your money is pointless. You haven't learnt a thing... I lost money to leverage, you know what I do today? I don't use leverage :'D those school fees were well spent, and it didn't go to a guru. Anyway, keep up the good work, I'll watch more of someone grounded in reality than listening to another pump and dump promotion any day of the week :)

Hey, thanks for this video. I am a prime target for most of these guru's. A guy with a regular job, trying to get out of the rat race. I have some disposable income, but I don't have time. So, I am starved for any shortcut that will help me make extra money. I probably fall for 2 or 3 of these programs a year. Your video specifically talks about Trading Guru's, but there are other Guru's that have turned me into another notch on their wallet only to be thrown away after hitting me up for 4 or 5 hundred dollars. Again, thank you.

The real journey of a trader sucks but it's very rewarding in the long term if you stick with it. If you're selling anything or posting videos about it, especially to flaunt your profits then most likely you're selling a pipe dream. The hard work, time and dedication will not come from any of these guys but yourself. Some spect few will guide you in the right direction though but that's it. Unfortunately, new people in the space will go with it as we go with whatever is shiniest. What's crazy is that even though they are new then they should have common sense to ask "why" or "how" since it's their hard earned money they are risking. Guess everyone wants it easy. You live and learn I guess. Good stuff on the vid though.

So moral of the story is don't trust anyone on YT. Just because someone is selling you something that does not mean it is not worth it. A lot of people want quick success without doing the work and investing the time, they are the ones easily fooled by fake guru's. A lot of courses are not worth it, but a FACT is that when we pay for things we are more inclined to take action and put in effort. 🕵♀

The very fact that all of these traders/gurus/scammers are posting a never ending series of trading videos on their KZbin channels for years should be a clear sign that they are just looking to build an audience to sell their courses to. One thing I learned when I was young was if they were making so much money why are they spending time trying to sell their strategy. Most people would be content concentrating on that instead of making KZbin videos and selling courses. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get into trading is to do paper trading first if not only spend a small amount of money. While you can find education video online just use the following rules: don’t follow people who brag about their wealth, talk about passive income or try to sell you something. There is no easy shortcuts or strategy that will consistently make you money. Know that there’s a higher probability that you will fail if you trade high volatility stocks.

Love how you promote discretion in trading and that any strategy can be profitable through discretion, instead of making videos about another “holy grail” strategy, that will keep yet another trader in a never ending loop of trying to find a perfect strategy. There aren’t many channels talking about the importance of experience and intuition. The only 2 that I have found so far is you and Nick Shawn. Subbed to both now. Keep up the good work, you’re the light in this big dark tunnel.

I came across Nick Shawn too and I noticed he does say the same things as Iman Trading (that it comes down to experience and intuition etc), which made me trust him. @@4dscdriver you right. One thing is for sure when you spend most of your time on negativity instead of actually putting in effort into studying and back testing what the guru is saying is true or not. ICT for example has traded live and ppl have even copied his trade to pass accounts. I have traded ICT strategy and made over 100% ROI, but guess what you can loose all that if you not discipline. So this does not mean the concepts don’t work and he’s a fraud but it on you for not being disciplined. I’m in a social group where we all trade ICT concepts post and share ideas.
