After the de-stapling of Abacus Property Group’s Self Storage business from its Commercial Business it established a separate listed stapled group, Abacus Storage King (ASK) and became ABG. This is what you are seeing on the price chart

Thank you Tracey, love your videos!. when you have the ASX ETF stocks you've picked for 5% dividend yeild, how often do you need to check them? I'm looking at some for setting and forgetting for maybe 5 -10yrs (if possible)? Do you keep adding to your Portfolio new ones, or just keep a handful and keep investing into the same ones consistently to build up your Portfolio...thank you for any feedback.

I look as little as possible ;) I will go in once a year just to make sure everything is still on track and maybe change things a bit, but not always. Mostly I hope I never have to sell so I can keep getting those dividends rolling in. And if I'm buying, I'm usually building up the companies I already hold although occassionally I'll add a new one in (that's less common though, generally it's building up what I already have).
