I found another video from Dallas paint correction. He's a central in conjunction with a magic eraser on glass. I have tried this process and it works absolutely wonderful. I usually do this for the first step and then follow up with synthetic clay. The results are amazing.

I love the Citrol. I had some cupboards to clean that had years of heavy grease and grime on them. I went out and bought all the most popular degreasers and still had to scrub like mad, using tons of product, with little result. Then, I remembered I had a little remaining product in an aerosol can called, Citrol. It blew me away. The gunk came right off with little effort. I definitely wouldn’t be without it . I even dilute it for every day cleaning, and the scent of oranges is great.

I know you mentioned to flush right away. But I am assuming that as long as you do flush it and then wax the area as normal the clear coat will be fine?

JD Industrials has it for $48 a gallon. I have tried Rust-Oleum wax and tar remover and a few others and they ain't worth a shit. I certainly will be ordering this. Thanks as always for the heads up

Before you reach for the Citrol try this... it's called Pure Citrus and it is an air- freshener... I found it at Walmart. I was told it was great for removing those nasty gummy labels found on nearly everything now days. It works like magic...and I have found it works great for many other sticky situations. And, it is much, much, cheaper than the Citrol 266 from (Schaeffer Manufacturing).

Brian, I want to thank you for putting Citrol on my radar. Yesterday I attempted to remove something from the hood of my car that I couldn't identify. I wanted to say overspray or something that had dripped onto the car during transit from the factory in Japan: they were round whiteish dots with diffuse, not hard edges. A clay towel had no effect on them. Mother's CMX Surface Prep had a mild effect, but Citrol was the ONLY thing that really made a difference. I want to reiterate your warning though: I had on my towel what looked like the exact color of my car, which I think could have been a trace of the tinted clearcoat. Be careful using this stuff. After several rounds I couldn't eliminate them completely but they're much smaller and no longer noticable unless you look really close. I also removed some thin adhesive lines leftover from the factory plastic film. I flushed everything away with Mother's CMX Surface Prep when done and put on a Polysiloxane coating. Cheers.

Question for you. In the gallon form, I dilute it roughly 10 to 1. But in the aerosol spray can, I feel like it bubbles up when I spray it onto a towel and seems to work better. Do you prefer it in the can or by the gallon, and do they perhaps clean differently?

I have a vehicle I am putting a coating on this weekend, but it still has some sealant on it from a few months ago. An aggressive soap is not going to fully take it off and I am not claying or polishing. Would Citrol 266 remove the old layer of sealant before I apply the new coating?

I detailed my next door neighbor's Camry yesterday and he had one section of the driver's side lower door panel and rocker panel that had some really set in tar on it! Will this product remove engine degreaser from cleaning a car engine that has sat on the paint? I cleaned my engine and rinsed but unfortunately some of the degreaser was still in the water when it dried it left discoloring in the paint and plastic in a few areas around the engine. When running my finger over the area it is rough but after trying to use compound it is now smooth. Is my paint ruined or can I fix it?

My issue with Citrol has been that it impregnates into cloths and becomes very hard to wash out. It needs 2-3 washes plus vinegar rinses. And **do not wash it with anything else, unless you want Citrol stuck in all of your fabrics**.

I used the spray to remove bird poop on my car. I threw a bucketof water to flush off the citrol afterwards but as it dried it left large residue area's. So I rinsed the cloth I was using and rewiped the areas. There's still like a fog film on the window. I'd really hate to make another 40 minute round trip to the car wash to clean this stuff off. I don't know if I'll use this product again because of this experience. I feel like the more I try to clean it the more I'm just ruining it.

The last cut is versatile. It can cut and finish well. It is a pad driven compound. Use wool or microfiber to cut. Switch to foam to finish up.

that is not the low VOC version...the non voc version is pretty deadly and will impact you health and beleive it or not...your brain...low voc (californa version) has a black stripe...please remember to tell people to wear the proper protection gear
