WMWT presents you “the 12-week plank challenge”, The challenge that will help you to pass from 20 sec to 5 min plank, and get a realistic transformation in your body and mindset.
This is Week 9 of the 12-week plank challenge, 5 sets of 3 min 15 sec work / 30 sec rest, for best results, it is recommended to do your workout plan (based only with plank variations exercises) 3 times a week.
