It's not a transmog. It's an actual back piece you get right from the vendors they put in the ptr. That's why everyone has it

Just wish they had way more transmog outside of raid. It cant be THAT hard for blizzard to make awesome transmog, idk why theyre so stingy with it. Everything other than the raid tier sets looks stupid imo.
