@@nntflow7058 I hear immense hatred from this comment, I wonder where it's from? 1, If you delete the mainland China...well I guess anyone tries that will be wiped out by Chinese and Russian armed forces first. 2, If you delete ROC Taiwan...well I guess you'll be wiped out either by US Armed forces, or by an allied US and Chinese armed forces. Plus I guess the same can be said about any major countries in the world: for example if we deleted UK 100 years ago we would lose 50% of all the worlds problems in the entire modern history, if we delete US post WWII we would lose 50% of the world problems right now, so I find your words nothing but meaningless sentences of hate speech.

You usually don't recognise because you claim it's your territory and then if others support your claim they can't recognise it either. Though it seems "what's a China?" over there is a bit of an exception. The issue is that if let's say Cyprus recognised the Turkish occupation then they cannot claim it's their country anymore, it's basically foregoing your rights. Kind of weird how you can't simply recognise an entity exists and still claim that if it was ever taken over by some entity you decided on then you'd support that. As in "X acknowledge north Cyprus is Turkish territory but if Cyprus was to invade it, X would side with Cyprus provided they actually win because we ain't doing nothing about it other than claim we don't acknowledge that a war happened"

@@anitanaseer1007Of course it is. There are other countries it is probably more pressing to prevent travel to, so singling Israel out almost exclusively by Muslim-majority countries has a clear religious agenda behind it.
@ccaagg
@ccaagg 8 ай бұрын
@@TLguitar It's not a religious agenda - Israeli Jews are in large part from the diaspora prior to the Holocaust - they are a _different people_ to the Arabs of the region. It's an agenda pertaining to ethnicity, since the Israeli government has been allowing illegal settlements in Palestine, forcing Arabs out of their native homeland and engaging in state violence against Arabs in Palestine. We're just a few steps short of an all-out ethnic cleansing going on in the apartheid state of Israel, and you're wilfully ignorant of simple reality if you deny this. Israel, however, has a lot of power and diplomatic value to the western world, hence why the Israel is pretty much the only country doing this kind of thing without it being denounced by any western government. No sanctions, nothing. Virtually all international rights organisations recognise that Israel is an apartheid state (as do the _African National Congress_ itself). All Israeli and Palestinian people should be able to live, equally, in their historic homeland in peace, under a government with _neither_ the Arab Muslims or Israeli Jews having hegemony. All that Palestinians want is fair political representation and for their land to stop being effectively stolen. We know from India and Pakistan that a two-state 'solution' will only lead to a forever war. Nobody should be persecuted in or forced out of their homeland because of their religion or ethnicity.

Just a correction about the Somaliland thing, it was recognised for those five days and is still recognised today by these countries : China, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Ghana, Israel, Libya and the Soviet Union when it existed. Oh and you know one thing I find crazy about Somalia and Somaliland, is that they're both allies with both North AND South Korea, which I find slightly crazy.
@EpicMiniMeatwad
@EpicMiniMeatwad 8 ай бұрын
Respectively or truly?
@hehsomeone7071
@hehsomeone7071 8 ай бұрын
@@EpicMiniMeatwad if you're talking about the alliance with both Koreas, Somaliland have been in an alliance with North Korea formally since 1967. And the alliance with South Korea was established in 1987, which I think are mainly because of what Somalis export to Korea. Things like Molluscs, Scrap Copper, fish and car parts. And I think the relationship between Somalia and North Korea is genuine enough, because Somalia, Eritrea and Ethiopia have already faced UN Sanctions for their alliance with NK. And one of the key reasons Somalia and other countries in the Horn of Africa are allied with NK, is mainly because of their assistance with the Soviets in Civil Wars. The 1974 overthrow of Ethiopia’s pro-American Emperor Haile Selassie and establishment of a Marxist government in Ethiopia caused the Soviet Union to redirect its military resources away from Mogadishu and toward building an alliance with Addis Ababa. North Korea followed the USSR’s lead, and provided support for Ethiopian forces during their successful efforts to withstand Somali tribal aggression in the 1977-78 Ogaden War. The 1991 collapse of Marxist regimes in Somalia and Ethiopia caused North Korea to adopt a more balanced approach to the region. During the 1990s, North Korea assisted Ethiopia’s counter-insurgency efforts in Eritrea and Tigray with provisions of ammunition, rocket launchers, mortar bombs, and grenades. Despite U.S. attempts to convince Ethiopia to comply with UN sanctions against North Korea, the Ethiopian military authorized a major purchase of North Korean weapons in 2007 to strengthen its counterterrorism campaign, further consolidating the Addis Ababa-Pyongyang relationship. Damn that took like half an hour to write, but hope that explains things

Hey @RealLifeLore, just to clear some details you mentioned about Morocco. Morocco actually annexed its southern territories "western sahara" that belonged to it before the spanish colonization so obviously it's not an invasion. Moreover, the area you said is controlled by POLISARIO is in fact a buffer zone controlled by MINURSO. Lastly, the number of countries that recognize the sovereignty of Morocco over western sahara is more than 91 countries, for instance: USA, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Austria, Turkey, Germany, The Netherlands, United Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Cambodia and the list also includes a huge number of african countries except for Algeria, Mauritania and South africa.

FIFA has more countries because of things like where the UK is seen as one country, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland all have their own football association and so each gets recognised as a separate country. But in the Olympics, the country that’s recognised is Great Britain, so ends up with a team compromising of players from all these countries. Famously with Welsh players refusing to participate in the national anthem in 2012. In Rugby, ROI and Northern Ireland play as one country because the IRFU was formed before independence and never split.

Shit. For years I've been saying that I'd rather die than live in a monarchy (we expelled our royal family at the end of WW2. Some of them wanted to side with Nazis, after we took them down and replaced them with those royals that wanted to side against Nazis, they, after some time, ran away with the royal treasury and, reportedly, lost it at sea. Years back we allowed them to come back, but some of them are trying to restore a monarchy), but I'd might like to live in Buthan, the royalty there seems dope. XD

@RealLifeLore You are completely wrong when it comes to the western sahara situation, let me politely correct you: The western sahara was in fact occupied by Spain, until in 1975 where the king of Morocco did a very risky movement known as: The green march, where almost the entirety of Morocco "walked" in western sahara to prove that the territorry is theirs, Spain had no choice but to give up. Just a little time after, Algeria wasn't very proud about that, they wanted the western sahara to get the access to the Atlantic ocean, so they did what is called the Black march, where they tried to create a new country, saying that it belongs to the original citizens of sahara, it ended up with Morocco controlling 80% of the territorry, including the entirety of the Atlantic ocean, and the Polezario's army controlling 20%, knowing that the countries who have recognized Morocco in 2023 are USA ( because of the oldest treaty of USA, where they signed a friendship treaty, because the first country that recognized the Usa was Morocco), and also Israel (they have good economical relations), while others country "support" Morocco's indepedence, such as Spain France Germany Uk Egypt Saudi arabia... And yes if you are wondering i am Moroccan and i write these based on real sources and history

You made a mistake about Gaza and The West Bank - they are not alike in the slightest. I will simplefy it a bit: • Gaza is independent (even Israel acknowledges they are independent) • The West Bank is in Limbo - ask 10 people you will get 10 different answers (Even 10 people who live there might give you 10 different answers)
@E_D___
@E_D___ 7 ай бұрын
A bit more about Gaza: In the past (I think around 20~ years ago) Israel has won a war and got control over Gaza. After some time, Israel made a deal for Israel to leave Gaza to be independent. Today, Hamas is in control over Gaza. Hamas is acknowledged as a terror organization by most of the world - because Hamas goal is the destruction of Israel, Hamas doesn't want peace with Israel in any shape or form. You won't be surprised that when an organization's life goal is the destruction of someone else people would call them terrorists. If Hamas wasn't in control, most of the world would have probably acknowledged Gaza as a country (even Israel). A tiny bit about The West Bank: Yeah... No. It is much more complicated - I think that even Israel is not 100% sure what they think about it 😂 If you want to learn more look online - But remember: Use multiple sources with everything regarding Israel - some that are against and some that are in favor. Each side will tell its own side of the story, if you will listen to only one side you will only get 50% of the truth

Most politicians are basically toddlers with far too much power. Biden can rambles like a talkative 4 year old, Trump threw petty tantrums when he didnt get his way, Xi Jiping banned winnie the pooh because people think he looks like Pooh bear, Turkey continues to pretend like they didnt perpetrate a massive genocide like a little kid denying they ate all the cookies while they've still covered in chocolate and crumbs, China still acts like the great leap forward didnt kill nearly 100mil like a toddler pretending like the dog was the one who used a sharpie to draw all over the walls, and the Kim dynasty is like a spoiled child whose parents spoiled then rotten and now they throw violent tantrums if you dont give them ice cream for breakfast.
