The 16 Personality Types: ISTP

ISTPs in the Myers-Briggs personality system rely on Introverted Thinking (Ti), Extroverted Sensing (Se), Introverted Intuition (Ni), and Extroverted Feeling (Fe). Behavioral stereotypes can be limiting and not fully explain the mental processes and motivations behind the stereotypes. In this video, we dive into the actual cognitive processes and discuss tendencies associated with each one, including cognitive loops. For ISTPs, this is a Ti-Ni loop. The hope is that the information presented will be beneficial for individuals to use when discussing ISTP relationships, careers, and workplace habits. We will also prepare you for the podcast premiering at the end of 2020. One of the episodes will be dedicated entirely to ISTPs in the education system, their learning style, and how the system can better accommodate them.
