@@AgriVinesTV Do they have OCT/TCT? Was there an offer from the government? Did they donate it? I suggest that they see a lawyer and take with them the necessary documents showing their title to said land. The action to take will still depend on what the owner wants.

Paalala lamang po na ayon na rin mismo sa Konstitusyon, ang wikang Ingles ay isa sa dalawang mga pambansang wika na kinikilala ng batas. Hindi lamang wikang Filipino ang natatanging wikang pambansa, kung kaya'y Ingles ang pangunahing ginagamit sa konstitusyon at batas dahil na rin sa ito ay "universal language".

Kung Philippine Constitution ang napili mong topic, hindi ito madaling ireport. Bawat articles at sections ay may kahulugan. Pwede mong ireport kung paano ito mag-aapply sa totoong buhay. Halimbawa, "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property". Pwede mo iexplain ang sagot sa tanong na ito: Pwede bang kunin ng gobyerno ang lupa ninyo? Pwede ka ba damputin ng pulis kahit nakatayo ka lang at ikulong? Tama ba ang extrajudicial killing? Ang sagot dyan ay ang artikulong sinabi ko.

This is a question which can be resolved by the people themselves. It refers to "matters to be exercised by the people in their primary political capacity". The resolution of political question has been delegated to the Legislative and Executive Department. It cannot be decided upon by the Courts. It has something to do with the WISDOM, not LEGALITY of an act.
