The 1994 Pink Floyd Golf 3 Is Saved!! ( Junkyard Rescue )

The Pink Floyd has been SAVED! I cant save all the cars but at least this one wont be getting crushed! Hopefully soon I can clear up some space and home and get this car brought home.

I feel a little sad for the white E36 on the junkyard, but I'm happy for the MK3 to get another chance... Kinda hard to imagine how old they really are now as they've been very present in my childhood... I remember the MK4 being a new car and its blue/red interior lights impressed me... But also MK3s used to be EVERYWHERE back then... up to a few years ago actually... But now they're really becoming a rare sight in traffic...

Very nice colour on that Mk3.check the power steering belt. Am sure all mk3’s come with. Powersteering I got a 1994 Mk3. And it his power steering. Very happy you saved it. #saveallmk3’s. Just checked the first video. When you had the bonnet open Defoo has powersteering reservoir.

Yass...that title makes me very happy as a mk3 nerd :) Also i've seen it has a power steering reservoir. So maybe the pump is bad or no fluid in the system.

I think the reason you have no power steering is that because the power steering fluid has been previously drained, as have all the other fluids. It has power steering, since I saw the power steering reservoir under the hood. Just fill it up and you're ready to go! P. S. don't run it too long without the power steering fluid because you might damage the power steering pump!

Christian you should put the mk4 1.8T into the pink Floyd golf. Then race that against Miley, The savoy, and the GTI all on the Nurburgring before heading back to the states

Trans fluid isn’t drained and I don’t think this one has power steering at all. I can’t remember if I saw a reservoir in the engine bay or not. It wasn’t making any squealing noises when I tried to turn so idk
