The luxury+ also gets the power side steps. That particular model has the 2 captains in the 2nd row so 6 seats total. If you ended up getting the bench 70/30 split config then you get a 7 seater. Im still waiting for someone to post up the cargo spa e with the 3rd rows up. I used to own a GX460 so im hoping that the 550 is a little more since i want to haul a Veer XL wagon around.

That’s probably gonna be like 80k - 85k, and after taxes other fees prob 90k+ USD, and if mark ups are still around in some years, then probably 95k - 110k+ 🤔🤔 Assuming that the base model is around 63k

what would be the tire costs on 22" wheels? Does it come with tint? I am not sure why the manufacturer's pre tint the windows per customer's wish? 20% tint on windshield's will be great with 30% tint all the way around. I will also use the regular unlead for the gas.

Stunning vehicle on the exterior! Why the continuous choice to put black or dark color interiors inside of a nice vehicle?! we could probably visualize all the cool interior features if we had a color that complemented the vehicle! Come on Toyota! It may be cheaper for you, but this is too nice of a vehicle, to have such drab, dark and dreary interior! Especially on a luxury vehicle! And at this price point! Great job as always, Jeff!

Agree 100%! The interior is a dark dreary dungeon - WHY?! Who’s paying 80K to spend hours in a Black & Gray box? I don’t see any better interior options online either. Get some women involved in the design options for the interior - IT MATTERS.

​@steevyovan1592 there was issues with the Thundra when it first came out with that exact engine. There is a few KZbin videos about it. Something with the turbo or along those lines. Hopefully they have taken care of those issues.

It was the waste gate actuator and it was isolated to certain batches from that manufactuer, disappointing for those owners for sure but toyota seems to have solved that. @@PhiCongDoan7587

This 2024 GX Luxury display version does not appear to be as fancy as the existing 2023 GX Luxury trim. Not sure if the leather upholstery is present or not being adequately highlighted in this video. The new GX will eventually be a great vehicle in two or three years, but I think some kinks will need to be tweeted out of this new model first, the mpg is definitely too low for one thing.

The more equipment the lower the tow rating. 8,000 lbs for Overtrail (No third row) Luxury/Luxury+ ranges: 7,145 to 6,780

The Premium and Premium+ also have 8000 lbs tow rating, so those are good options if you want the tow capacity plus the third row seating.

I read on Lexus today the towing is 9,045 (give or take 30-40) on the premium & premium + and overtrail & overtrail +, but the luxury & luxury + are the lower 8,000 ish towing. Either way, it’s much higher than the coming 2024 Land Cruiser towing capacity. I don’t understand the dark, dreary, and drab interior. For the price range it’s so underwhelming and kind of disappointing. Lighter interior colors look luxurious- in cars, homes, everywhere. Who wants to spend 70-80K to get in a dark dungeon? Disappointing considering they crushed the exterior updates 1000%. Gas mileage is comical.

No, this is the Lexus equivalent of the Fifth Generation J250 Series Land Cruiser Prado, which will be marketed as the Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado or Land Cruiser 250 depending on which market you're in.

Hi Jeff, Mark levinson is not one of the best sound systems!!! It’s the worst because I have a 2023 Gx and it keeps shutting off one due to Lexus putting a fuse cutout into it to protect their known blown speakers!!! They put the fuse cutout in to all the new Lexus with the mark levinson system.please do your research first before making such statements,call the Lexus manufacturer and ask them about it.
