I have similar experience and bought from Lazada. My sticker was crooked and the color of the label was fainter than what u see online from official website. All the barcode works etc… but I was not convinced because I noticed the texture was per described in your video, gooey and flat. So I bought another from Amazon and compared, the label was more like online, no crooked sticker, deeper blue, and most importantly the texture of the cream was totally different and thicker, holds its shape instead of collapsing into a puddle. The smell was also different, more neutral than the fake one from Lazada. The weight was also heavier from the Amazon one despite same bottle size. The real bottle also has rounded sticker corners compared to the fake one.

Thanks for this! I was a bit disappointed when I bought this through Lazada (first time using Cerave). I only used it once, and gave it away, cuz it just didn't work well enough. From my reading, I expected Cerave would be thicker, but it turned out lighter and more slimy. Since I had no prior experience, thought that this just wasn't the right product for me. Today someone told me about the product being fake, and after googling, found this video. The "fake" one I bought was in the same container as shown in your video. I'm surprised because the container and labeling are all high quality. I agree that this should be a cause for alarm.
