In this segment from A Changed Mind Podcast Episode 2, David introduces a powerful distinction that he calls "The Two States of Being". He explains that real transformation comes from a change in our habits of thought and emotion - and a training of our nervous system away from sympathetic fight or flight and into parasympathetic rest and relaxation. Thus he explains there are only Two States of Being: Powerful states and Primal states. Which state of being you are in determines how you feel and what you are creating. The key to creating more abundance, health, clarity, relationships, growth or success is to notice when you've moved into a Primal state and use the simple tools and frameworks that David teaches to move back into a Powerful state of being.
