He explains that real transformation comes from a change in our habits of thought and emotion - and a training of our nervous system away from sympathetic fight or flight and into parasympathetic rest and relaxation. Thus he explains there are only Two States of Being: Powerful states and Primal states. Which state of being you are in determines how you feel and what you are creating.
