This is a common thing with Aprilia's. Most people tend to look them over until they get on it and drive it. That's what happened to me haha. Been so in love with Panigale's looks but the moment I sat and rode on an RSV4 I was hooked

I own a 16 rf,with an Austin racing pipe sounds great but definitely loud ,my buddy had trouble with his 21,rr,ended up trading it in on a busa,we have a terrible dealership here for Ducati's and aprilias

My friend has a 2018 RSV4 with the exact same exhaust (no cat, basically straight piped), and yeah, it is stupidly loud. He'll sometimes mess with me by pulling up on my left and gunning it, basically deafening me, lol. We once pulled into a gas station next to two Harley riders, and as soon as he cut the engine, one yelled, "Damn, that things loud!" If a Harley rider thinks it's loud, it must be loud.

Bought a 21' Tuono Factory 2 years back and I agree, big Aprilia fan now. Such a great bike. Like you said the quickshifter, the looks, the fucking SOUND (chefs kiss), and did we mention the handling? Oh my goodness this bike feels so stable. I love mine so much

That quick shifter is amazing. normally on a downshift the bike lurches as the engine rev matches for the gear. this one just locks in without any engine surge

My 2001 Honda VFR has a nice mellow rumble with a Yoshimura exhaust. Once you get used to a v-4, nice not to have to scream it like an inline 4 sport bike. with a 520 conversion chain it pulls hard. ABM straight bars, GIVI windscreen with x-tra on top good wind protection and all day comfort. Oh ya and bike had 15,000 miles when I bought it, like new condition. $3,000. I smile every time I ride it. Have 55,000 on now.

I have a 2022 RSV4 Base Model thats setup like yours (sc project crt exhaust, rizoma mirrors, WRS windscreen, etc.) and the fastest ive been on mine was about 160 mph (Id try and go faster if I had more open roads lol) and that felt crazy to me!! Cant imagine what 180+ feels like lol ur insane!! 😉

Big fan of yours dude. I have a loud pipe on my Z900 only for people to notice me getting close to them. It's not fo showing off ( for me) I had many situations where my pipe saved me from accident. Loud pipes saves lives. BTW love your knowledge about riding techniques and help me alot learning from you. Keep up the good work 👏💪🤝🤙

my CBR650 had/has a Akrapovic on it when I bought it and it sounds amazing but is actually way too loud. Even with earplugs its only just tolerable. Sounds amazing...still too loud. This bike also sounds amazing and loud. Sweet ride for sure.

Great choice! I have a 2022 also with the shorty pipe, Gabro Race Map, same mirrors, servo eliminator and a bunch of other mods. I couldn't be happier it's the biggest head turner I ever had car or bike. EDIT: by the way I noticed you also have the race map and that is why the quick shifts feel so buttery smooth, it literally changes the game

With the gabro map you dont need a servo eleminator. Ride the same bike with gabro map and arrow exhaust.

Noise isnt necessarly a bad thing on a bike..... Driving around in my truck on the daily always hear the bikes coming before i see them.... Just enough of a throaty tone to let peeps know your there is good Beautiful bike.....will be my next if i get another

Judging from your comments you need to ride the Aprilia Tuano V4. Could still use much the same riding style that you use in other videos with the raised handle bars. Same thrills, just not in tucked race form all day. I wish I could have tried the 660 first but with no options for test rides went with the V4. No regrets but would still like to try the 660. V4 runs out of asphalt, always sucks the next curve in fast and effortlessly!

Aprilias are amazing: I had the RS250 stroke, which was a dream, then the Factory twin, and finally an RSV4 Factory, which I sold about seven years ago - it was just not useable on the road. Aprilias come with the most perfect suspension setup for road riding, suited me perfectly, although the RSV4 came with a track setup. The mirrors on the one you rode are just silly - surely they're aftermarket ones?

Waiting for the 2024 models to come out and pick one up over the winter. Was going to buy a new RS 660 now but I want the RSV4 over anything. Sold my SRT10 for it- but with current rates and a very probably decline in economic conditions I figured I'd wait this season out. Maybe be able to snag a 2023 model late fall for a steal- I can't wait, but I can wait you know lol. Money is money and that is the very same spec RSV4 I wanted with the full SC project CRT exhaust.

I was wondering if some of the speedo's in your video's were reading kph also. I reckon it's because the actual high speed doesn't come across so well on the camera. You hit 100mph and it looked like 100kph based on my experience of hitting those speeds!

I have ALL the new euro and japanese superbikes and the Aprilia rsv4 is the best of the lot . BTW the Euro bikes have surpassed the japanese bikes in every aspect for so many years = 15 now

You can’t get across on camera how loud these are with a shorty can on. My Tuono has a shorty can on and sets car alarms off if I pass them close and I can’t ride more than 10mins without ear plugs

I'm not a fan of the sc crt cans at all. Also Greg, on the aprilia, when you put a slip on it deletes the cat. So, I do believe, this is as loud as this bike gets 😂

I don’t think it was mention, this is probably brentuned, with the after market mirror and still has a normal speed turn signal, brentune integrates it on the drl. And also why he feels the smooth qs, it’s not smooth like that stock.

Definitely love the bike but it's a hard justification to switch from a roomier R1 to this as a 6'3" guy. Plus the r1 has 26500 mile valve intervals.
