This is peak internal combustion engine here. 0 - 60 in 2.6 seconds, a10 second quarter mile all on pump gas. You also 670 HP with close to 20 MPH on the highway with a factory warranty and then there is that glorious sound. Again, WOW! This car is the stuff of dreams. I don't know what the future holds for cars but I am not taking for granted we have cars like this now. I hope to one day to have one and congrats to those who are able to own one now. They told me from day one that they would sell the car to me at sticker there . I've been waiting for 3 years now to get one. The dealerships have been gouging the customers, and Chevy hasn't been sending them anywhere but to a few chosen dealerships. Some of the people I know have decided not to buy one now. They moved off and bought Audi's or Porsche's. Chevrolet you need to try to get out to the other markets, I've been a Chevy guy, especially performance Chevy, since I was 17. Crazy watching the HIPO small block chevy v8s evolve over the years from 327 fuelie, to the LT5 zr1 engine to the LS6 350 or Direct injection LT1. To something like this is pretty amazing. To be able to have something like this in the market vs a hybrid/torque vectored NSX makes me wonder what theyll offer with the future racing-standard era NISMO GTR/homologation. Or if theyll be using a newer V8/32v in their race cars/z/sedans as well. Just another benchmark set from a production/value standpoint to track time ratio.
