The 2024 Kia Seltos is a Small SUV with BIG FEATURES

The Kia Seltos isn't only Kia's best selling vehicle in Canada but also the segment leader in the small or sub-compact SUV class.
For 2024 Kia Seltos gets a new look with the addition of a new Star mapping led lighting system for front and back on EX and up trims, new wheel designs on all trims, new colour combos, dual 10.25" screens and more standard available safety features.
Under the hood you have a choice of either a 2.0 or 1.6l turbocharged engine with a new 8 speed automatic transmission. The Seltos is now offered in a new top X-Line trim as well as available phone as a key with Kia connect.

The change from DCT to 8AT is a smart move. There have been lots of quality issues with HyundaiKia's DCT since its inception. Going from DCT to Aisin 8AT is a smart move, which has been proven to be reliable, in other applications.

I just bought the Pluton blue S trim. I love it so far. Its a pretty big difference from my 2007 Honda Accord. Lol.

We love our 22' Seltos SX. It's a hoot to drive! We don't mind the DCT, if you modulate the gas pedal like your driving a manual transmission at low speeds, it drives just fine. In sport mode really feals how sport mode should feel.

Excellent review. I've been shopping compact crossovers like the Mitsubishi Outlander, but this is really impressive. All those features on the top trim are really impressive (ventilated seats!). Plus the smoother 8-speed traditional automatic for the 1.6 turbo. It might be worth waiting for.

Test drove a 2024 Seltos x line, I wasn't impressed. Felt cheap inside. The power and 8 speed is nice. Decided on the 2023 Outlander Gt P for the extra $

Unfortunately, like other Hyundai/Kia products they’re just junk! Unreliable engines, CVT issues, too much plastics and brand plagued with numerous safety recalls. No wonder Hyundai/Kia cover these issues up with all the new tech gadgets and longer warranties (cause their vehicles need them)!
