The 2024 Lincoln Nautilus: The Future of Luxury???

Our jaws dropped when we saw the interior of the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus: Luxury, sure. Large, capable, comfortable? Yup. But the "Coast to Coast" multimedia screen in the Nautilus is the first of its kind, spanning not just the entire dash, but extending the "embrace" of the Nautilus from door to door.
An 11" touch screen just below it controls the system and allows you to customize what you see.
From there, a fragrance diffuser, "Rejuvenate mode" that pairs massage with fragrance, sound and light; and two engine options: hybrid engine or gas. The 2024 Lincoln Nautilus goes on sale in early 2024 but orders can be placed now.

The steering wheel caught my attention right away. That screen is so futuristic and beautiful. Glad to see premium seats are available again. That was a deal breaker for me on a 22. My only reservation is the low power engine options. The Aviator is 400HP. The Nautilus should have at least 350.

Lincoln took the top engine's HP down from 330 to 310 when adding the hybrid option. This is on par with the power of the Mercedes-Benz GLC, which seems about right.

Facts !!! But the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus will be built in China that alone is going to make it very hard to sell in America just the name China alone it's going to hurt it yeah it's going to hurt this vehicle. I wish they didn't even mention that name, they should have kept that under wraps for now, because selling in America is very tricky because the American Market is very very picky extremely picky. Why would they even say the word China in America knowing what's going on in the world today why !!!! Please make that make sense!!!!!!!! That was a dumb move that Ford Lincoln made mentioning that name in this market here !!! They should have known better than that I'm surprised !!!!!!!!!😮

I would like for Jake to speak to how Lincoln will deal with software problems. As a current Aviator owner I can tell you for a fact that Lincoln has software issues they haven’t resolved without the large fancy screen. I can only imagine more software issues are ahead. I do have OTA updates turned on and my software is at the latest version.

This is nice and I love Lincoln but I feel like companies have reached a plateau. Styling and tech and features have all been done. now its just putting in increasingly bigger screens and they call it a day.

We sampled a few during our preview; they were nice but not as nice as Nest Jasmine Bamboo. Hopefully they will allow custom fragrances, too!

If we go to war with China before 2024 or thereafter do you think this vehicle will continue to be shipped to the US? Considering the relations between the US and China many Americans will not buy one because of that relationship. It would be like us buys cars from Nazi German or Japan when they were at war with the US during World War II. That could be a public relations nightmare for Ford if war or tariffs would be re-activated.

Haven't car manufacturers realised that shiny plastic/ glass screens are really unpleasant to drive with on a bright day?! There are mat and diffuse layers that could've been used to mitigate this issue, Philips TV's came up with a great solution over 10 years that they named 'Moth Eye' to deal with shiny screens, so it is possible!

More screens and LED lights does not mean more luxurious. In fact, the glass slabs make it look cheap and will be outdated in a few years when the car stops receiving software updates. LOL.

I love the idea of this and I've wondered why it hasn't happened before, unfortunately, in actualite, the dash looks somewhat over done, gaudy and will likely date very quickly. The exterior, is also extremely underwhelming and has very little new flair or interest, a fail overall.

The Germans, Lexus, Volvo, Cadillac and Genesis are laughing. My grandfather is turning over in his grave. Really? A CHINESE Lincoln? I guess Ford didn’t get the same memo that Buick got about Chinese quality issues. Volvo certainly did - they moved production of their S60 from China to South Carolina. Cadillac said “no thanks” to the GM brass when is was suggested that they export their Chinese products to the U.S. I can absolutely do without the “fragrance diffuser”.

I have had my Lincoln for 6 years and is still under extended warranty. Needs a part to be drivable and they stopped making the part. Can’t get the part so my car is useless. Lincoln basically said too bad so sad. That was American made. Now made in China. Good luck with this pos
