Mubi is actually great for indie films, especially outside the US, they did release some oscar nominated movies, both on the streaming and on theatrical!

How do they not know about Mubi??? I don't have it anymore, but I constantly think about getting it again. I've kinda gotta be in the right mood for most of what's on there, but at least one of the monthly films is like, REALLY amazing and literally not on any other streaming services, stream, rent, buy, doesn't exist except on Mubi. And while some of the independent stuff is not to my taste, a lot of it I watched when I had it was really good and thought provoking.

The only place I have heard about Mubi is watching KZbin Channels doing film criticisms. I can see if someone doesn't do that or are in Film Studies type circle then they probably haven't heard of the service.

Don’t feel bad Nilay. I purposely bought Ghostbusters 2 on 4K Blu-ray. I was wanting a movie I enjoyed that was good and grainy so I could really test out the 4K Blu-ray format. And the first ghostbusters on 4K Blu-ray was like twice the price. Plus, when I was a kid, Comedy Central almost never aired the first Ghostbusters. It was always Ghostbusters 2. So I kinda like the second one more than the first one. I know it’s blasphemy.

Peacock also has all seasons of Suits, as far as I know. Unless Netflix is making new shows, they aren’t exclusive but I don’t know since I roll my subscription to all streamers and they are currently in “recharge mode” for a few months yet.

Nilay already lost immediately. MotorTrend+ content has already been migrated to Max. But at least it's on another one of his platforms. Alex has good picks. But David has it rough even if some of his picks will continue.
