If you handle the easy questions well, and squeeze out some extra marks from the difficult ones, it's not hard to pass. Getting a distinction is pretty hard though!

There is a strong link between NGC and IGC. The main difference is NGC covers UK law. IGC covers ILO Conventions. Other than that, the syllabus is mostly the same.

When commenting on indicators of a negative H&S culture. Would it be acceptable to identify insufficient supervision of staff twice if you can relate to two different parts of the scenario? Or would it be best to identify bad supervision once and not mention it again in that question?

If it's on the marking scheme, you'll only get one mark for it. You could mention both examples in your short paragraph if you like. But there'll only be one mark most of the time.

Short simple paragraphs, even one covering a single point. That’s best. Whether the paragraphs are bulletpointed or not makes no difference.

Normally you base it on your own workplace. If you don't have a workplace, then I suggest you ask ex-colleagues, friends, or family if you can get permission to base it on theirs. You can keep the name confidential.

The best you can do is follow the P.E.E formula Point, Evidence and Explanation. In the Evidence you can give from the scenario. Hope that helps you. From a learner 😉🦺 🙏
