I notice that taxi and Uber drivers never drive hyundai sonatas. I talked to a couple taxi drivers and they said they want toyota hybrids cuz they drive 20 hrs a day. 2 shifts of 10 hrs ,each. The hybrid batteries rarely go wrong despite 300 to 500 miles. I was bloody shocked. They tell all their rides when they inquire. Best ad for toyota ever.

Camry has been the best value CAR period for what...20 years? Everything else has been either too harsh, too soft, too slow, too fast, too expensive, too cheap, too boring, too over styled, too unreliable, too inefficient, etc. Starting at 28,400 for a hybrid...the 33k base hybrid accord...is obsolete.

If you’re looking at a two tone black roof option, make sure you carefully inspect the paint job before purchasing. I’ve seen 3 now with inconsistent paint. Toyota tapes off the car to paint the black roof. I’ve noticed paint bleeding under the tape line onto the primary color, a shark tooth appearance if you will. I’ve also seen crooked, uneven lines, & where they didn’t finish spraying out towards the trunk on the ‘c pillar”, which had a gradient look where the black paint was incomplete. My 2019 XSE didn’t have these problems with the paint job. Quality control in that department of the paint shop needs to be reassessed. Just saying!

The efficient MPG numbers are very tempting, plus it’s quicker and quieter than the old non-hybrid 2.5L gas engine from the previous generation. We feel Toyota made the right decision, but there’s always a chance it could turn away the price conscious buyer looking for the cheapest car possible.

Toyota demolishes and ends Camry glorious run in the United States. The 9th Generation 2025 Camry all Hybrid models are the worst Toyota Camry's ever produced. Without the naturally aspirated V6 engine, the Camry lives no more. Goodbye Toyota. The 2025 Camry XSE FWD fully loaded MSRP $41,647. My 2023 Camry XSE V6 fully loaded MSRP $41,305. The AWD is an additional $1,525 in the 2025 Camry model. Toyota did everything wrong with the 2025 Camry.

@Sasparillafizz7 ай бұрын
Was just looking at the prices and its quite a penalty you pay for the SUV, the Highlander starts about $10k more (for the non hybrid version)...making me think a sedan is not bad (when you're talking a $10k difference).

Toyota I think made a mistake, leaving us with a CVT power train only is trash. If they would have at let us keep the Base and maybe a turbo 4 for the XSE and TRD that would have been ideal and just chop the V6 which was expected. But you think they would take a different approach from seeing that the accord is not selling too well because they went hybrid only. I love the new look, sleek and it's sexy and loving the gas mileage, and AWD option, but gas motor options need to come back other wise camry will meet the same fate as the accord.

I bought my XLE, great car but the door shuts feel cheap. I got reservoir blue because it’s the only non LE Trim that the dealer had so I had to choose quick. My disappointment is that up-close the blue shows every flaw or drop of water or clearcoat scratch or finger print or bug droppings. It does look great at night: I hate blue but I tried to be open-minded. I should have waited 6 months for heavy metal. I also traded in a 2021 mint condition loaded Mazda CX-5 with 22.232 miles. I learned again that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
