I got crit dmg, crit rate, er, and em nymph’s dream flower pretty quick. I’m definitely finding iffy pieces of both sets tho and def is cursing me atm. Tbh def is like the most useless substat, being that there’s only 6 current characters who use def and 5 of them r geo, the other being xinyan who’s pyro 😅. Guess u can include Eula who’s got def involved in her kit also, but she only increases it doesn’t do dmg based off of it. Feel like the artifact sets since beginning of sumeru aren’t as good, or worth going for. Like desert pavilion, u can tell was made for wanderer and flowers of lost paradise was wanted for nilou. Ntm deepwood for nahida and gilded, well it’s been for a lot lately. But after gilded and deepwood was released, the artifacts were very niche.

Another thing you forgot to mention about Childe with nymph set is that it also buffs his riptide damage, which makes up the majority of his aoe damage outside of burst. It's considered as elemental skill damage in melee mode, so it doesn't get buffed by HoD set. The riptide from burst also counts as burst damage, also not buffed by HoD.

@@Reuploading.things This set was never bad. But it is not a big enough increasing in the end. It's better than HoD if your Nymph set has better stats. With slightly worse stats they are pretty close. And if we look at HoD and 2+2 combis: A good 2+2 can beat an mediocre 4 HoD set. The question is: Do you want to grind a very niche set for one character with an terrible partner set while 4 HoD is with Blizzard Strayer (which is really good if you have a Freeze carry otherwise it's bad too) or good 2+2 that can perform similar especially with better Substats.

I actually farmed this domain for nilou and managed to get a flower with crit rate and dmg and hp% , and i have never been happier to dodge those crit stats and manage to get 25% hp bonus

Yeah I have a DPS Nilou 4pc Vourukasha’s Glow set (HP%, Hydro DMG, Crit DMG) leaving her at 55k HP using Jade Cutter. I have yet to use her but it seems on par with my old set unless the 4pc passive provides more (fingers crossed)

I recently realized this but in some artifact domains there is a 4 star set called gambler's set. The 2 piece gives 20% Elemental Skill dmg bonus and the 4 piece is basically sacrificial weapons passive but better (It removes the cooldown of the equipping character's skill every 15 sec after using the skill). The bad part is that it's a 4 star set so farming it will be hard.

@@ayushsheeju3657 You forgot that you need to kill things to get the cooldown reset, which means unlike the sacrificial weapon's passive, it struggles to activate against tanky foes and is completely useless against bosses, which means gambler's passive is almost always worse. Coupled with the fact that 4 star artifacts has worse stats than 5 stars, this set is not worth to farm at all unless you just want to mess around with it.

theres some set bonus effect that is really good on 4 stars, like elm skill bonus or crit rate bonus lol. imagine a crit rate bonus on 2 set effect, that will make a crit roll ur waiting for would be less desired, and players will spend less time to farm artifact which is bad for mihoyo's profit

There are 2 support 4 star sets that can genuinely be competitive or even best in slots which are 4 piece instructors and exile. Both of them are used on supports that you can "neglect", such as Bennett and Gorou.

This is my thoughts on it, too. We have Fontaine coming - they COULD be trying to give us time to prep a set or two if we want it. We've been complaining for YEARS now that we're always starting on the backfoot with these domain releases - Gilded was a NIGHTMARE and I spent MONTHS in there farming it (I STILL DO tbh - SO MANY dendro babies). We're probably ALL still farming for Emblem sets... So maybe they're trying to alleviate that? But us *not knowing* how good/bad something is is definitely starting to get tiresome and worrisome. Resin is a precious resource that we can't afford to waste as a player... And if I farm up a set or two or three from a domain and then DON'T get to appropriately use it? The rage I will feel about that will not be matched easily. :|

Hydro in general has mostly Hp focus characters with Childe and Mona being the exception (since they don't have any Hp buff like Ayato or Xingqiu) so I do think this might be the best domain for Fontaine characters since they are the Hydro region.

Fontaine will have its own artifact domain, just like Sumeru has GD/DM and Inazuma has Shime/Emblem. ND/VG is similar to the VM/EO domain (Xiao/Ayato artifacts) that we got last year that provides a new artifact set for a new character alongside a pre-existing one

The Hydro set is unqestionably for Focalors already as well as the expected many hydro characters we will get in Fontaine so farming it is absolutely no mistake. Even if Fontaine gets an even better artifact domain, this set will most likely be a good substitute until you have the new set with good substats. If you dont farm this set now, even when Fontaine drops you will need months to get a good build together for Focalors which I definitely wont wait for. Theres no artifact domains you need to farm now anyway as you probably have farmed Gilded Dreams domain for the last 6-8 months as well and then have good pieces for multiple builds.

How vourukasha 4 piece works on her???. It could work only in nilou's bloom teams, and burgeon teams playing an onfield char which makes no sense since u use full EM on that characters generally. The only character that makes sense with set are of course dehya, and xiao. I mean it not good for xiao of course but its the only that can use the passive of the set with dehya.

I'm farming this set a few times a day. I got a really good 2-set piece for my newly pulled Nilou (she's still only at 65k HP though). I'm slowing just building a reserve so I can build whatever new Fontaine characters come out. Overall, it's not a great domain so far (definitely doesn't touch some of the previous domains).

nah i don't think so. i have a feeling she'll probably be hp scaled unit instead. and with how Archons are played i have a feeling she'll be Support/Sub DPS/Buffer instead. the only archon i could see as a main dps would have to be Murata. Now I could be wrong though and maybe she could be the first archon to be a true main dps(Raiden doesn't count since she feels more like mix between a support and a Main DPS.)

While I personally doubt Focalors will be a DPS, I think the set in itself would bring value to any on field hydro DPS added, not just the Archon. Any on field hydro character that does not have some special rule (like ayatos slashes being considered normal attack damage) can probably easily get 3 stacks and have a good boost. Now we just need one of those lol Though my guess is that the once Fontaine gets released the main artifact domain of it will be the BIS for majority of Fontaine characters (like we had with Sumeru and Inazuma already) This is probably just transition to pump out some content, not having any domain in a newly unlocked area would probably feel weird I bet, it's the same case as it was with the Ayato/Xiao domain, It's good, but not great

It's interesting no mention of Mona with the hydro set (especially if C2) I think dps Mona can benefit from that set quite a lot and maybe even Kokomi. On regards to vorukasha other characters I think theoretically helps them do more dmg while still giving them more bulk (and power if hit) are Diona (with Shenhe could be great) Beidou with the inazuman sword or the sea lord if you have enough energy, Layla with festering desires, Kokomi also with her signature weapon or atlas.

I'd say the big problem with the new HP set is that each stack has its own individual timer, meaning different stacks could start just falling off mid-burst

a 2 hp set for my boomer, stressed student, merc and a dancer. total worth it. since more hp more tank!!! also screw the "muh energy this"... like dude if there is gonna be an enemy that will be like have the debuff of longer cooldown like the abyss hydro twinblade dude or lower the burst when being hit like the enkanomiya vishaps. this helps alot.

I just want 2 piece HP set for Nilou to get extra HP. I failed to get the paddle for her and I got upside down aranara instead in the weapon banner, so sad. On the flip side I'm few pull away from C1 Nahida so one step closer to C2 Nahida ,hopefully her scond rerun won't be too long

I only spent 60 resin on this domain to get two pieces for my Nilou. Never touching this domain again unless we get someone from 4.x patches that can fully utilize these sets coz I already got a really good emblem set for Dehya and my Childe and Ayato are already using amazing sets.

i mean, i love deyah and im not very lucky with my 50/50s, i love childe and i love ayato, i got good pieces on ayato, but i dont have good pieces for childe. so this dungeon sounds pretty damn decent for me plus i can roll down the unwanted artifacts to hearth of debt.

I decided to go with hanayumi a long time ago, so I rarely used ult on Childe (unless after pyronado expires, but enemies die before that anyway)

I farmed it for Nilou since I just got her. I managed to get her at 60k HP with 2 pcs Tenacity of the Millelith and 2 pcs Vourukasha's Glow + a R5 Favonius Sword. I just hope they increase the artifacts inventory limit soon, because with so many sets, it's hard to manage and keep potentially good artifacts of each sets.

To be honest the moment I got C1 Dehya on her banner in 3.5 I slapped on her trial build of 2pcs Tenacity+2pcs Crimson Witch with ATK sands and up until now this build suits me the most despite testing other options 😆

The thing with nymphs is that it's not going to be for future characters, hydro characters have been HP based since Inazuma, I doubt they'd make an attack one after the focus on HP for so long

I've got c6 dehya, and I'm still not sure that the new set is worth even with c6. The stacks of the buff only lasting 5 seconds each is kinda rough.

After C4 it's pretty much worth to grind for the set so I'd say it's worth it. What emblem had over the new set is the ER for the 2pc bonus since dehya is very energy hungry but her C4 fixes her energy issues to a degree that you don't really need the 2pc emblem bonus to keep your burst charged all the time. I'd say if you have dehya at c4 and above this artifact set can increase her damage by around %17-20

Another point to make if you have been playing for 1-2 years your XQ artifact potential in Emlblem or 2x 2pc is probably so high it would take an ungodly amount of time before seeing a damage increase.

Definitely not sleeping on these sets for my hydro characters aka Childe and Nilou, and future Fontaine characters aka Hydro Archon. No guarantee she gets something else in Fontaine

Still need to test it out, since I haven't gotten any decent artifacts from it yet. But I think Candace might actually benefit from them both. Her main stat is hp for both skill and burst. And she's a hydro that can work as an onfield dps.

I'm surprised this wasn't mentioned bit with Hydros new resinance we will most likely get a lot of HP scaling hydro units... So this artifact set can straight up become obsolete or not functional for a lot of new units.. But yes it's perfect for childe lol
