Notes: neutral stance to change angles step in triangle maybe even stance switch, use gallop or blitz/step in out of range, DRILL 2 enter on line and lateral track throw combos after you move side to side or back/forward DRILL 3 box 4 cones move and attack at every cone and CHABGE DIRECTIONS different shifting lateral track vary attacks and defense check block counter

Really nice drills. Loads of repetitions on the basics can lift your footwork alot. No need to overcomplicating for beginners.

New to foot work. I cant dance, so i can see why 😅 . When im striking class it's so hard to move like the other guy's. What am i doing. So frustrating. On top of that doing gabs too. I can get better. Oh yea i tend to cross my footing when moving laterally ect...

I notice people like to hit me with a leg kick on the way out when I triangle step. It may be due to a mistake I'm making though. Either way it's predictable so I just counter it

I think these drills can be good, but not the lazy way they're being demoed here. So much moving the wrong foot first, bringing feet together. Just drilling to do it wrong.
