We are going through the regression at 16 weeks. I hear other mums say their baby wakes every 2 hrs over night. I'm so jealous of these mums. Our baby wakes every 45-60mins overnight. What I wouldn't give for 2 hr stretches

OH my goodness you must be so tired!! You should start by taking my simple sleep quiz to see if there's anything you can work on right away. www.helpingbabiessleep.com/sleep-quiz.

Every 3 hours? Thank perfect! Our regression is every hour nighttime and 30’ naps during the day

I’m already pulling my hair!!! My baby wakes up every two hours and she is so restless while she’s asleep. I want this to end soon. I’m back to work and I’m super tired during the day!

No sleeping well during the day in general. Prior to 4 months - sleeping 50 minutes now Changed to 30 minutes every few hours. At night wakes up every hour instead of every 2 hours

The crazy thing is that my baby never slept good at all, and especially when he had colic. Now he’s almost 4mo old and I’m not sure if he’s teething or it’s this sleep regression 😭

Currently experiencing this with my 5 month old 😮‍💨 started about 2 weeks ago, waking anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours! And lots of crying which he never did :( naps are also at 20-45 minutes I’m so tired!

@@user-zv9qf4sq7g hoping it will soon pass for us we are also starting to sleep train and have a night time routine in place, it has been helping a lot!

Mine’s waking up every 3-4 hours like you said but he’s waking up starving hungry, there’s no way he’s going to be able to fall back asleep like that. No choice but to give a bottle.

can the sleep regression start during the daylight ? like mostly daytime?

Hello! Would you then recommend to let the regression pass and THEN sleep train? Or are you recommending to sleep train DURING the regression?

For many people the sleep regression never passes. I usually advise to sit in it for 7 to 10 days to work on "object permanence" and then work on sleep teaching.

My baby is 5 months old now but trouble having a routine, she does not have a fix time to sleep not even her naps, also when she sleep she woke up every 1 or 2 hours. I am struggling to make a routine from months with her, also become sleep deprived. Please give me any suggestion, that will be very very kind
