I have a similar story. In 2019, I got engaged. In 2020, second year into working as an entrepreneur, she left me. I was 25, working every hour I was awake. I also had no money in the first year, so, did night shifts from 4PM to 2AM at a factory. Last year, we nearly killed our business. The cashflow was growing every year. 1.5, 3, and 4.5M. But, something did not feel right. And we hit the wall. This year which is the fifth year, while we were bouncing back, I focused on delegation and patience. I was not confident that I could keep up with the same energy that I had in the first four years. So, I focused on people and their growth. So far it has worked better than working 120 hours a week.

How about staying loyal to praying. I promise things will falls together appropriately if you pray but also you have to apply yourself and show up for what you prayed for.. just try it. No it might not happen over night but stay down and when your time is ready things will just windfall. Don't worry about understanding how it happened just keep applying this method. But remember you must wake up and walk in your prayers . Just follow your inner gut #trust ⚡

Here are my understanding of the 4C’s : 1. Code (Basically have an automation for your most time consuming tasks) 2. Content (Instead of doing a one-one coaching, create a checklist or blueprint in written/video format instead. This way you can reuse the content to sell it to thousands of people) 3. Capital (Be more resourceful by learning to use tools like Canva, GPT, Capcut, ect) 4. Collaboration (Collaborating with other brands can increase your brand awareness since you will be tapping into their market)
@brandonr7373 ай бұрын
Yes this is the foundational understanding of the four C’s and they even go much much deeper when it comes to their ability to be used to create leverage.

But what's all this for? Which profession he's talking about? Engineering? or its appliable to all?
@haider_javaid2 ай бұрын
@ I think it is possible to apply these for any professions. For example you can compile your knowledge on engineering and maybe sell it as a course. But I also think that these are more suitable for one-person business models.
When I was still at school my accounting teacher, taught me that capital is the money we use to start a business. You know but what I didn't know was, the actual fact that you don't need capital for you to have a successful business. You know but you need to have some knowledge, and also learn to work with people and teach them how to do the work for the growth of the company.😲🔥🔥🔥

Working through ppl is easier said than done. ‘People’ are not vested in a small business, only the owner is. High salaries, incentives, etc will never overcome work ethic and ability. And if the entire workforce is of the same caliber….i mean what else is there to do? I agree with the automation and SOPs for sure. Need to work on those.
@plannerjoy3 ай бұрын
SOPs only work if you as a business owner can find people to follow them. Online businesses are able to automate tasks. However, businesses that rely on the manual labor are at a disadvantage.

Well when you find something that doesnt seem like work (a passion) you can do it at unrealistic standard for prolonged amounts of time before experiencing severe burn out. When i started my first business, i routinely spent 12-16 hours everyday for 3 months getting it started before i finally began to collapse and even developed a minor heart issue at age 22. Passions can be very very dangerous if you have no discipline. But once u find something you have to make excuses NOT to do, probably just found ur thing. But until then gotta work… smarter than 100 hrs a week, not harder
