35% of UK self made millionaires are dyslexic, why is that?
I believe a main factor it's because they are taught from an early age that they can get help with the things they're not so good at which ultimately means they can focus on their strengths. In this video I go into detail with who you need around you to grow your business so you can focus your strengths.
If you enjoyed this video please leave a comment down below and I'll do my best to get back to you!

If you’ve listened to one of my many podcasts or watched one of my videos you’ll be familiar with my passion to help business owners overcome some of their pain points.
Throughout my business journey I’ve met and helped countless entrepreneurs who:
- Don’t have time
- Don’t make the money they want to
- Dream of but don’t have a clear exit plan
- Struggle getting new customers into their business
- Are stuck in operations; running the business, not building it
- Continually fighting battle after battle
If this sounds familiar and you’re looking for help then these videos act as a helping hand.
I’m on a mission to help business owners change, from surviving to thriving, using all the experience, learnings, mistakes made and successes that have led me to my current businesses turning over £12 million and employing 400 staff.
At heart, I’m an entertainer who’s passionate about helping business owners. I speak at business conferences around the country and have set up a seminar business, teaching business owners and entrepreneurs how to Soar To Success.
I also love teaching people how to get more customers, how to keep them and at the same time build a business that literally works without them in it.
So if you’d like to build a business that gets more customers, makes more money and generates regular income then make sure you subscribe to my channel today.

What about COO - Mr Process? Or your business will continuously bottle-neck in manual operations, misaligned and slow. Amazon is the biggest company for a reason - they are operationally excellent. What abotu CIO - Mr Digital? It is digitize or die nowadays. And later on - what about Chief of Staff / HR / People Headmistress? Otherwise you will stuck in negative culture and morale issues.

It sounds brilliant. I'm not sure how to make it happen. I'm in the middle of creating a high tech start up business. We're not at the point of revenue generation so I'm raising funds. I've got money to keep going for the day to day but not enough to hire people. I've hired some people in the past but not very successfully and had had to get rid of them. We've survived until now because our overheads are low. The money needed to hire the right person could drain the bank faster than I could refill it.

Intersting points. I honestly think Dyslexia is a super power, our education system is just built around one singular way of thinking. I think entrepreneurship does have a DNA element, the richest people I know were doing it as kids and can't stop even after retiring. Its a compulsion, not a career choice.

@@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur I was running three fulltime businesses by myself and doing none of them justice! I have just "employed" my husband to help out (brave move but we work together well) This has helped a lot but I will need more "back-up" before moving on to the next project. As you say, it is part of my DNA and however hard I try I cannot resist the next idea, it is just how my mind works!

Great vid James! Question.. you’re a great communicator (maybe due to your showman background) but do you think being good at communicating is a vital skill in business that is worth working on if you lack in this? Thanks in advance 👍

Absolutely I do. Being able to communicate your ideas is imperative. Practice helps too.

That's interesting as 10% of the population are dyslexic. So the fact entrepreneurs are a higher percentage that's interests to me. I agree and disagree with what you said. I simply think dyslexic people have this desire to simplify. Keeping things simple, really seems to help with efficiency. I'm dyslexic and also 'suffer' from short term memory loss. I struggled in school, and was always separated from the class. Funny thing is in jobs and business, I find my NEED to break down processes has been an advantage, and has lead to promotions and good business development. The fact my memory is also poor, also requires me to be extremely organised just to get by. Being organised doesn't seem to be a bad thing though 🤣 I'll be transitioning full time from my job as an investment accountant, to running my own business this year... Wish me luck! So are you dyslexic James?
@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur
@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur 4 жыл бұрын
No, I am not. But I also share many of your above traits. I think you have nailed it on the head in your comment here. My memory is terrible short term too. I didn’t particularly like school either.

Alot entrepreneurs are on the spectrum. Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and more. Fascinating how they can flourish as entrepreneurs and almost like the World today is made for them..

Hi James, what is your attitude towards business degrading due to key member of the team leaving for example your MD leaves? Because I am looking into my contingency plan if this arises.
