Could I still redeem my free program from the london camp for this new program? I already emailed you.

I’m interested in purchasing the program and I have two questions about it: -any performance programs that you would suggest using alongside your program? -in what range of time, on average, would the workouts last? Would it be under 2 hours?

The smaller you are... the stronger//more athletic you HAVE to be!!! Too many young hoopers are afraid to lift
@thegolden807 Жыл бұрын
Lifting isn’t always the key especially if you young and short it could stunt your growth and it also depends wym by “lift” it’s different kinds of workouts
@MrJ1S Жыл бұрын
@@thegolden807 it doesn't stunt growth. And yeah u can't just lift any kind of way... I don't mean like a body builder doing a ton of curls But even If u don't get into athletic type workouts right away and plyometrics... just build some basic general strength at least

Small guards on D need to get low as they can and crowd that air space. When they start backing down from the perimeter.... get even lower and be ready to slide when that spin moves come The leverages are in your favor when a big tries to use his weight but isn't actually strong. The earlier u can start guarding him the better. Once they're in the paint we're usually dead in the water now

I would also say hustle , I am a under sized guard wouldn’t say I have a consistent skill feel like any game I could hit 5 3s or take it to the cup at will but hustle on those missed shots and stopping fast breaks is huge if you don’t hustle on offense and defense you’ll make the game harder for yourself
