@@beetlejussmaybe people only have a short amount of time and 10 minutes suits them better than 20. Better to meditate for 10 minutes than not at all.

I've had the same challenge, and it was explained to me that you have to not think about it. After you do it a few times, it gets easier to relax into it. I really enjoy this one now.

I jump in an out. You people want to really meditate. The real thing. This guy don't know anything. Look up E.S.P That's were you will find peace and the power of the force. They don't talk about it because the government tries so hard to block it. We all have it. So forget this guy's bla bla get a book about it. An study. I did it a few experiment an they did work I was 4 years old. I cannot talk off what I did, but there for the good. 24 four years old the last time I used it. Get the books an good luck an used it for the. Not like Dark vator. The library has some good books. These videos hardly tell you anything. this man tells you how to use it to cheat. witch is bad. An now he wants to sell you a book 10,20 dollars . Not. Go to the library.good luck
