I deal with lusting a lot and one of things Jesus teach me instead of focusing on sin how much you don't want to give in instead focus on fact that you want bring someone to Jesus if you don't have desire then pray on that keep praying on it.. By doing that you be covering bunch of your sins and Yes you are damage relationship with Jesus not just self this what I have learn. What you doing trade lie for truth that truth die on cross if these words meaning nothing to you then you need repent start putting trust in Jesus. Because only way to get joy of salvation by trusting in Jesus if you trust in your self lead destruction but put faith in Jesus leads life. keep living sin he won't know you because you made choice not to have him in your life but there is hope if you repent turn away from your sins start trusting in him he can save you. Show you impossible As word says behold fear lord is wisdom turn away from evil understanding. Because if you choose live in sin when you pass way he won't know you because you didn't let him in. Sin leaves you blind it has done to point if wasn't for lord making clear to me what I was doing was wicked I would keep going at and this why lord kind and merciful and because of his steadfast love he is one doing works in you. No one claim that good person because we all fell short of glory of God none of us can say done by our works because done by Jesus starts with praying to him opening up to him asking lord Jesus for help. Because what you do when no around do you have thoughts on jesus or on sin if on sin then pray lord change ways so start thinking of others move closer to him.
