This is so interesting. I’m a graphic designer, two print shop owners have asked me to buy their businesses, but I didn’t have a ton of money. I never knew about owner finance. Now there’s another print shop owner asking me how he can get my customers to go with him for printing. I need to buy a print shop.

People dismiss the importance of advisors until they are burned by their own emotions. i got a question codie, we have an idea that most business for sale are losing cashflow, with this in mind, buying the business would incure loses for a number of months to years, what would you do to make the business regain its cashflow so it would be profitable?? would you use the business tenure to do a business loan to finance it?

Food reviewers!, specials on the weekend!, taste the food yourself to make sure it's actually good. Get special discounts for college kids on certain bowls! Revamp the menu!, I hope this helps! Also instagram pages, pass out flyers at near by campus or nail salon .

Run a special on your 2nd slowest day of the week- BOGO or 50% off or whatever. Promote on social and signage. It’s one of your weakest days anyway and would get some new people in. Also assuming you’re already on the food delivery apps, but make sure you are if not. Good luck, it’s hard but you can do it!

Set up a email list and get customers to sign up for a discount code. Now you have a way to send daily emails to past customers around lunch/dinner time to be top of mind when they are wondering what they should eat. Also heavy social media posting. Bring in local influencers to try your food and review it on their social media page.

Ok I know what I want I've even found two both in Florida that makes bo difference to me as I live in Vermont and will move but tge problem is they both want 2.5 mill for one and 3 mill for other both same service industry different companies. I just have no idea how to come up with that kinda dough I'm just a working man. everywhere i look i see stuff like this stuff and every person it sounds legit but I would like to see it in action someone that is teaching this come work with me and video your work with me and show me and the world it in action words are great but actions prove if it actually works or your just a good salesman/saleswomen. That should be a part of every deal, that they are subject to treble damages if something like that is not disclosed. Or that the seller has to cover all litigation that originated from his ownership.

You can do more thorough due diligence, it just purchase all assets (including business name) from the seller. You put those assets into a new entity and no lawsuit the previous owner got into can touch you. Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, but this is my understanding of the situation.

Am I dumb or this is just useless generic information? Then the topic I was interested: "How to buy a business without cash?" Answer: "find a person who donates you one or who gives you the money to buy it". wtf??? If it is like that, can someone please send me one million? The most important issue is the strategy. Either perpetuate broken capitalist model, or join social movements because only when masses of people march screaming, real changes are enforced on the ruling class. Don't believe me, learn from history of the past 150 years.
