Actually the light-footed draenei set looks pretty complete. Since it can only be used by the specific race, it makes sense to keep there the butthole that accommodates the draenei tail, right?

A few things to add from my test of how I play on the 7.3.5 test realm. The instances scale per level too. As well as the items and quest rewards that are dropped, yet if a mob is set to drop a specific item like Linen cloth on the mobs in Ragefire Chasm then they will still drop it even at the level 60 version. Yet I have found that the gems change when the level is raised. So at level 60 get gems that drop on level 60 mobs. Can still Que for all the dungeons though the LFD system, yet if go random dungeon it will be the same dungeons that are pulled to on live so if want to do say RFD at a higher level then need to go specific dungeon. The downside is the rewards for completing the whole dungeon do not scale they are the same no matter what level you are when clear it. Just that the mobs will give more levels and level gear for your party. The one part where the LFD tool varies is when reach the level where get a choice of different expansions of content to play though then the option goes to either queuing for a random Wraith dungeon or random Burning Crusade dungeon at level 60. Since it is quite easy to go both contents at the same time as the adventurer's guide is still around and functions like it does on live. The achievements for all the older zones to get lore master have been changed to completing the specific story quests for that zone instead of completing x number of quests. When go to Northrend if still level the professions as you go will be able to make the Frostweave bandage at level 60.

Azerite? Reminds me of Saronite, which was related to something else I'm expecting to pop up this expansion...I mean, Kul Tiras and Zandalari are in the middle of the ocean, we need another big bad after banishing Sargeras, and we've yet to run into N'zoth himself (only his proxies, Deathwing and Xavius). Every indicator points towards the expansion starting off full Horde vs Alliance PvP goodness and then we have to put our differences aside to go back to fighting old gods and their void lord masters. Sounds fun. Just wonder where we're going to go after that.

I'm confused on the zone scaling. What happens when a level 110 is standing next to a level 10 in, say, Westfall. What level mobs are nearby? The lower one?

Westfall scales to 60, so it should cap out at 60 for the 110, and show up as level 10 for the other player. I'm not really sure about the technical details behind it, but the levels are tied to the player now as opposed to the world

It's the same way legion works, the dps of the 110 will scale down to that of a level 10 point of view, like how a level 107 sees level 107 mobs in halls of valor and a level 110 sees level 110 mobs at the same time. Alot more complicated than guild wars thh, but whatever works.
